If I could give this zero stars while leaving a review, I would, Every time I go to this location, I encounter a rude employee, Whether it be the lady with the Blonde curly hair or whoever took my order in the drive-through today, I was told her name was Hannah, I normally get the same exact drink every single time that I go to Starbucks and It is always Exactly $4.60, But today I asked if I could get the cream to the top because normally they only fill it halfway because “ It costs more to fill it to the top”, Am I not already paying for the cream to be put in?, Anyway, I’m ordering today and they told me they’re gonna have to charge me for a latte if I want it filled to the top and I’m like OK Which doesn’t make sense, but whatever, so they charge me for a latte don’t even put half-and-half that I ordered into my drink and my drink was almost 8 dollars! That’s insane! I get the same thing every single time and you’re telling me that you charged me for double of what I got and didn’t even give me what I wanted!?, Like come on, And every single time I come to this location, my coffee taste burnt. The Espresso tastes bad Like they’re not calibrating the machine Or cleaning it when they’re supposed to, Multiple times I have gone to this location and had my drink taste so bad that I went to another location to get fixed, And the other Starbucks is would ask me oh where did you get this out and I would tell them oh the one on University village, and they would always laugh and say that makes sense, This Starbucks sucks, A lot of the employees are rude. They take forever to make your drinks. There was one time I came and got a match and it took 30 minutes for them to make me my Matcha, It takes five minutes max! And there was nobody inside.
I’ve attached a screenshot of what I normally get and what they charged me for(It says they charged For half-and-half on the latte, but there’s no half-and-half in my drink it...
Read moreNormally I love coming to this Starbucks as my normal study place. Today I went through the drive through ordering my normal drink (grande cold brew in a venti cup, splash of heavy cream, carmel drizzle, water for room. Barista Kamile left a ton of room in my cup and added WAY too much heavy cream. When I asked her to remake it because I'm sensitive to too much heavy cream she rolled her eyes and sort of stormed off to make my drink over. She seemed VERY confused on how to make my drink. Instead of asking another batista she added about 4 oz of water, then cold brew and ice, a splash of cream. She then handed me my drink with about 2-3 oz of room at the top. I then got a bit irritated and asked if she could give me ice to put in my cup. I'm not trying to be difficult when I order this drink and would gladly order a venti cold brew if I wasn't breastfeeding. After drinking my drink it tastes of mostly water. I'm very disappointed in this baristas quality of service. I'm not sure what the problem was when ordering my drink tonight (8-830) but I hope that next time the barista is more kind and asks me how she can fix the drink because I wasn't trying to cause more work on this slow night. I just wanted what I "normally" get here because it's my favorite when I have a long night of studying...
Read moreTwo days in a row this location has provided me with incorrect information and the manager there is incredibly rude. I want to say how helpful and nice all the employees are, but working in an environment with that manager has got to be challenging. I was told that if I want bulletproof coffee (butter in my coffee) then I have to do it myself because putting butter in coffee is a "health code violation." There is no such violation, and I confirmed with corporate that there is no reason why they can't put the butter in my coffee. They asked me to come back today to give them another chance. I did go back today and was told at the time of my order that they can't do it because it's a health code violation, despite the manager allegedly being trained properly by the district manager. I called corporate back again today and was apologized to yet again, but with no real resolution. None of the other locations or other coffee vendors in town seem to have a problem with this practice, but ultimately I'm more concerned about the manager's rudeness and passive-aggressive nature than what drinks I'm allowed to order. This is someone who Starbucks seems to think is qualified to lead a team of employees and perpetuate their company culture. Two stars instead of one because the actual employees...
