5/20/24 update was it in the neighborhood so I popped in to try the new mini cookies. You can only buy them in three six or nine. while it is cute to have these little mini cookies, the reality is the price is so outrageous it's really not worth it. three cookies cost me $10 and they equaled up to less than one of the regular cookies on their own.
I tried the peach cobbler, the skillet cookie, and the chocolate chip. We all know what the chocolate chip tastes like. The skillet cookie was designed to look like a cookie that's been baked in the oven with ice cream on top of it. the buttercream was good but it was a little Rich. the peach cobbler, while it did have a peachy flavor, I actually tasted more coconut than peach. I don't know why there would be coconut in a peach cobbler cookie, Or if there is any at all. But that's what I tasted. It wasn't for me. We were next door and popped in here for desert. I have eaten cookies from here before so I was very excited, but I was disappointed with the selection we were offered. Apparently they only offer 6 flavors per week. I get that. But, it's thanksgiving so, maybe offer something for the season. Our choices last night consisted of chocolate chunk, Boston creme pie, swiss miss, Birthday cake, salted caramel (I guess mayyyyybe that is supposed to be a seasonal?🤔), and another flavor that escapes my meat this moment. It wasn't seasonal though. Likely something with chocolate because I had no interest in it. I chose the one that looked the least sugar cookie without chocolate - I know, what kind of freak doesn't like chocolate?!? Me, that's what kind. I was hoping for something appley, pumpkiny, or cinnamony. Even pepperminty would have been interesting, but no go.
The cookies were premade, which being 7:00 at night I get, but I didn't like the fact that they were kept in a refrigerator so they were cold. I wanted a nice hot cookie.
Oh! Whatever the 6th flavor was I remember it had a cream cheese style frosting.
My cookie was ok, but it was much better after I took it home, added cinnamon and heated it in the toaster oven. Definitely not worth $4.50.
The girl behind the counter was friendly, informative, and helpful. The plain lobby was clean and quiet.

Read moreBest cookies in townnnn!!!!! That corn bread cookie is fire!!!!! ^That was my previous review, as for now let me tell you a story. I ordered crumbl yesterday morning for an 830 to 9 pm pick up, I ordered 5 cookies (ive ordered about once a week) super excited especially for the oreo sandwich cookie. So after having an amazing day with my wife we go on our way to pick up our cookies. I will admit i got there a bit later then expected @ about 2054 hours (which was in my pick up time) the doors looked locked, lights had just been dimmed and there was a sign on the door that said they closed at 9pm (2100 hours) honestly i figure maybe they will bring the cookies to the car, all the employees where still in there. I hit "im here" on the app for curb side (still before 9 pm) i waited to see if it would come out but nothing came. At this point there are multiple people outside wondering where thier cookies were. Then i realized all the employees had ben standing around the time clock to clock out. All this with doors looked before 9PM! Ignoring all the customers that had gotten there before the closing time. They all clocked out and left!!! They all came around the side of the buildings with Cookie boxes in thier hands saying "we closed" one young lady in particular (with white, light blonde or platinum hair) started yelling at all of us out there "we closed , i don't care about your order, we closed oh well" repeatedly laughing as she got in her car. I looked down at my watch it was 2106 at that time. I am a veteran i own a business and i have worked service industry my whole life. If i had shut down any store i worked at prior to when the leadership said i could i would have lost my job. And to top it all off prob cant get a refund untill you open again. I cant believe i paid for a good or service now cant get exactly what i paid for. Your leadership in store screwed your company...
Read moreWent in today to get cookies there were 5 families/people waiting to order. First they were having issues with banana bread cookies so the quit taking orders to find people to fix the issue. They had three people making cookies that I saw two people filling mostly online orders and filing the same order together. After waiting thirty minutes I was up at the front and waited a few minutes before speaking up asking if I could order that I had waited in store thirty minutes at this point there is a line into the parking lot. I said you have to take in store orders as well not just online orders because you have lots of people waiting and I was told online is priority so if I want faster service I should order online…. Im blown away. There is no one giving direction in here the manager was in store and did nothing to help or take charge. I couldn't imagine going to chic fil a and them telling people waiting in drive through and in store sorry online has priority. There needs to be people filling just online orders and people taking and filling orders 35 to 40 mins waiting in store is ridiculous. I only waited because my daughter was with me and her birthday is thus week. The banana cookie was bit very good and the fruity pebble had little flavor. I have not had this issue in the past, but was really...
