Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I had given up on Starbucks until I started getting my coffee here. About a year ago caramel macchiatos started tasting bland, I think it was the caramel they started using. Then I started getting other drinks like white mochas, salted caramel mochas, or frappecinos but it was always hit or miss, and when they were 'good' they were still just okay. This place never fails me. Anything I get is amazing, full of flavor and you can actually taste the coffee. I actually like the caramel macchiatos there too. The staff is always great and it is convenient so going there is a no brainer for me. I wish all Starbucks served their coffee...

I asked for a simple drink. Almond Chai, no foam, extra hot. I got the Almond Chai part...full of foam and room temperature. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes after they handed me my drink, so I could ask them to make it correctly - and not one person even made eye contact with me. Standing there. Looking at them. Not one person even acknowledged that I was there. There were only 2 customers in the entire place, and 1 car in the drive thru. They weren't busy, they were just not interested in helping me. Quite disappointing - I'll find...

I attempted to order a large iced vanilla chai latte without ice. Bianca tells me "I'm not allowed to give you no ice, I can give you light ice". I said "you can, I've had it here before." She says "Its not offered here". I said "it is, it comes out cold already, all you have to do is mix it up, you know what never mind I'll go to the other one.
