Red head that was working the drive-thru was rude, she was nice up until I told her I had a coupon for the summer drink special. I asked her how I go about redeeming it, she answered in a very arrogant/condescending manner “ you scan your app just like you would any other time order” I then asked even if it there’s a code here? Her “YOU SCAN YOUR APP just like any other time you order 🙄” Then hands me the card reader and proceeds to rush me through the entire process as I’m trying to adjust the glare on the screen so that I can actually read it! I’m not sure what’s going on with her or why she hates her job so much, but I could feel her negative energy almost as soon as I drove up to the window. I understand customer service is a hard job, and you’re not always in the best mood, however to go out of your way to speak to people in such a way, is unacceptable. Read moreThis is one of the best Starbucks I've Been to in the Springs. The Ambiance was great they had a large sitting area with a cozy fireplace. And views of the mountain range. Also a nice patio with umbrellas. It is located in the Hobby Lobby / Bed Bath & Beyond shopping mall on Powers. We went inside to enjoy our drinks and play cards. Other guests in there seem to be doing work on their laptops. It was extremely clean! They have implemented a covid cleaning system. You are handed a card indicating the table has been used so when you leave they know that table must be cleaned before anyone else can use it! Brilliant brilliant brilliant! They should be a flagship Starbucks! Most Starbucks I've seen tables reused without being clean. Workers were kind and friendly. We had been in there awhile and I ordered a second drink which they forgot. When they realized They gave me a venti instead of a grande and a gift card to use at another time. Told me I was gonna get less drink because they don't fill it up with extra milk anymore per their new policy I said okay can I just pay for the extra oatmilk was told no that it's gainst policy. It's against policy to pay for oatmilk ...? Went to another Starbucks to see if I can just pay for a shot of oatmilk to fill up my cup I asked if it was a new thing they said no they've never heard of it before and filled up my cup for me with oatmilk.
