Subway — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I was door dashing this evening and picked up an order from this location. Once I arrived I was told that they were out of a few things for athe order. I asked the gentleman a clarification on the order because unfortunately, I couldn’t see the details of the order on my end. And after he shouted the missing items across the room to me twice, After being greeted with frustration and annoyance, I snapped back to the “manager” that I didn’t need the attitude after he told me that all I needed to do was “listen to him”, while continuing to argue with me in front of another customer. Turns out, this location is closing, and the closing manager has limited access to supplies. And has no way of letting dashers or customers know about being out of items. You’d think that with being out of half a menu, and closing soon, they’d shut down door dash for this location. I can imagine that’s why the gentleman had a piss poor attitude. Set your employees up for success. I genuinely don’t appreciate the poor customer service and the experience I had here. Maybe it’s a good thing...

I’ve given this location many chances because I want to like it so badly. It’s convenient, the employees are friendly, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the ingredient quality is just not there. The first time I tried this location, I ordered my sandwich toasted (which I prefer) and it was nearly charred. I didn’t eat it. I’ve learned to NEVER order a toasted sandwich here and instead take it home to microwave. Unfortunately, the bread is often burnt before they even start making sandwiches. Attached are photos of two (untoasted) sandwiches. The bread is hard and bitter. While there may be a market for sandwiches like this, I look forward to soft, flavorful, not burnt bread when I come to Subway. Go...

Went for lunch today. They were completely out of flat bread and honey oat. What the heck. Purchased one of the new side kicks "Churrors" which was not that great. And they only had 1 person making sandwiches so it took me 30 minutes to place and receive my order. I will not be going back to this location even though it is within walking distance of my work! I would rather drive a little further and know I will get what I want. Also, this woman came in from somewhere in the back to hang a sign about breakfast. Why was she not up front helping to make sandwiches. I laughed at the breakfast signage , this store is NEVER open...
