Had a horrible experience right now !!! My husband and I walked in and we’re not even greeted that’s not the problem the young lady there was by herself she was white with glasses on she instantly told us”I am not making more than 2 sandwiches I am here by myself “ okay what if I was with a big crew and we were all getting more than 2 sandwiches that just doesn’t make sense. You should put in the door a sign about that. So clients can see before entering the location. She was taking to herself she was mad about something but you can see it in her face. She kept talking very rude to us.She was mad once we got there like we did something to her it’s not our fault she was having a bad day. She was slamming the oven where they warm up the breads. I have never experienced this kind of behavior this is unacceptable!!! I left that place pissed we go out having a nice day with the family and decide to stop at this place I’ve always been here regular client. and the other day she was there as well with another guy and they were really busy and that day I ordered 4 footlongs and she was pissed as well. So are we only allowed to order 1 footlong or what. ? I think the more footlongs the better business it is for this company. Without us the clients these guys don’t have a job. Read moreJust did a mobile pickup order from this Subway location. The only good thing I have to say about this Subway was it was ready when I picked it up. Opened up my wrap and half of it was split completely open with all the fillings falling out. I tried to pick up half of it and realized it wasn't cut in half. The beauty of using the app is picking exactly what toppings you want and they print the receipt and build it based on the receipt. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. They didn't put the jalapenos and Banana peppers I wanted and instead put olives in it, even though I never put that on the order. They didn't put pepper jack cheese on it, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. I tried eating it still and the chicken was dry af, didn't taste fresh at all, and the bacon didn't seem to be fully cooked. My fiancé got a bacon ranch sub and his toppings were right except no pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. He couldn't even eat it really because the chicken and bacon tasted so bad and old. To top it off, we ordered cookies. 1 macadamia nut and 1 chocolate. Read more8/8/2025: Went here to get a sandwich for my co worker and I and when I entered, the gentlemen at the front did not welcome me in. He asked me if I had a pick up order and when I said no he asked me again. When the other gentlemen came from the back to serve me, he seemed very irritated that I was there trying to order. He appeared just irritated at life and it’s like why are you working customer service? Our sandwiches were cold and really gross and it took me 5 minutes to get to work from when I was at subway so for my sandwiches to be that cold within 5 minutes is crazy to me. The guy put 5 black olives on my sandwich and when I asked for more, he said they were on strict portion precautions which I get it, but I felt like he could’ve gave me more than five black olives.
