It's a beautiful hidden gem! There is a baseball diamond with a really nice walking track around it. It is right in the middle of an up and coming neighborhood but still clobse to the ghetto so be cautious about the time your kids play there. The park is totally nice and surrounded by middle-class homes and a lot of nice people use this park. I met a few homeless people that hang out there during the day at times but seem nice. Read moreWe live very near this park and my young daughter and I have made a game of picking up the trash other visitors leave behind. The play equipment is nice except the swings have been taken down and there's some graffiti on the picnic tables. The grounds are well kept as far as grass and trees. There seems to be some drama each time we visit though. Read moreOtis Park is a friendly nice place to visit in a quiet part of the city it's got a nice little running track that takes up about half the part with a baseball back vents in case you want to bring a team out there and play baseball. You have to bring your own bases though. Lot of people bring their dogs there to run around or to walk and as far as I can see most of them pick up their dogs through when their puppies do their business.
