Adolfo's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Colorado

¡NO BUENO! Ever single time we order to go we have issues. This order was a California burrito with extra meat and pico de gallo on the side. It came without the extra meat and no pico on the side. Also ordered a bean tostada and cheese enchilada, I asked for a LITTLE bit of onions for my cheese enchilada. What I got was a enchilada with unmelted cheese - tons of cheese and about 1/2 cup onions… So gross! After cleaning and eating what we could the majority of the food went into the garbage… AGAIN! I later called the restaurant to let them know what happed and the same guy who took my order is the same guy who hung up on me when I called to let them know what happened. I called again and no answer. Hummmm!!! My husband and I believe in supporting our local businesses and that includes any local restaurants in Pueblo West, but enough is enough. We have wasted too much money supporting this business.

I usually reserve my reviews until I have e dealt with a vendor long enough. Today I went into this establishment to pick up a mobile order and asked for the key to the restroom. As a delivery service, I represent the customer and as such we must be treated the same. My issue is that I was told that I shouldn't use their restroom because time is ticking for the delivery, boss's order's. I was well ahead of schedule and the order was not ready. All I did was #1 and washed my hands before picking up. I didn't take but a minute literally.

It was delicious. It tasted amazing and was cooked very well. I got the California and it bested any California I had ever had, even from other adolfos. The only problem is that their services was complete trash. The cashier kept giving me terrible terrible looks and, while in the middle of ringing me up, continuously drank from her cup. I have no problem with employees taking water breaks while working with me but she did it consistently. Just about every item I asked for was one to two drinks out of her cup. On top of that, as I mentioned before she kept giving me a look like all her life's problems were my fault. This irritated me. So if you want quick food that tastes great go here but beware...
