Zero stars would be the appropriate rating since I never got my order. My experience is I ordered online on New Year's Eve at about 6:20. My order tracker estimated delivery in about an hour. Everything started out seemingly normal.... shows my order was prepped, in the oven, and being inspected by Robert the store manager. Over an hour later it still hasn't left the store, but mind you I'm being patient because I understand it's New Years and the roads were bad due to snow. Finally after an hour and 15 minutes it shows it's on the way and I receive a text saying Shawn my delivery driver is on the way. Another 30 minutes later the tracker shows it's delivered but it hasn't arrived. Now I'm concerned so I call the store for an update and I am told....that the order was cancelled! Apparently they cancelled all deliveries after 6:30 due to the weather. I was incensed and will never order delivery from them again for two reasons. One their online tracker is obviously complete rubbish and an awful inaccurate system. Two I can't believe nobody at least had the decency to notify me my food wasn't coming. Running late because of a holiday? No problem. Running late because of poor weather on top? I understand. Need to cancel my order because you can't make it? That sucks but thanks for letting me know so I can make other plans for the hungry children at my party. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED.Almost two hours wasted. Read more🍕 Sometimes commercial pizza chains get a bad reputation and I want to tell you why this Domino's is a slice above the rest.
Last night, after a 12 hour workday, I placed an order online. I showed up about 10 minutes after the order was placed. Walking in, the staff welcomed me in and everyone was friendly. My pizzas were just coming out of the oven and this is why I say this local Domino's is top notch. While trying to pay for my pizza's, their credit card terminal went down. The manager was just behind the counter cutting and boxing. He said that "the customer didn't ask for technical difficulties so the pizza's are on us."
THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys had no idea how long of a day I just had or that my family was waiting on me with food. They could have made me wait until their system restarted which could have been 5 or 15 minutes, but they didn't. The manager comped the two large pizza's, smiled, and said enjoy. This is what taking care of your customers looks like.

Read morePlaced an order at 3:30pm, we scheduled it to be delivered at 5:00 pm. At 5:10 we called to see where our order was, they said it was still 45 minutes until we would have our order. What the heck is wrong with this situation, why if something is ordered 90 minutes early and and given the option to select a time would the manager call an let you know, we would've just come and got it ourselves had we known ahead of time that our order wouldn't make it by that time. We schedule this because we had to get the kids somewhere at 5:40pm. So now I have a hungry family that won't get to eat until 8pm. This has totally ruined our evening and we will never order from this location again. What a shame because we order every other week from you guys, but the fact that my family is now hungry and won't be able to eat for 2 more hours is complete shenanigans.
