Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

People here are very nice and drinks are almost always right. However, employees seem to be constantly goofing off behind the counter and being extremely loud. Like close to the level of shouting. Many people are there to work and study and my boyfriend and I can't be the only ones who are very bothered by this. I think the staff needs needs to work on being more professional and respectful to their customers (realizing that a lot of people there are trying to focus). Perhaps I'm wrong, but I thought coffee shops are typically meant to be low key and a quiet environment. Also, to no fault of this location, the high schoolers who flood in during lunch time and after school are pretty crazy and are often running around the dining room pushing each other and screaming. Maybe the staff could ask them to pipe it down especially when they see their customers are...

I love this location because it's usually clean, well staffed and close to my daughter's school so I can get some work done. However, the music is always blasting and way too loud EVERY TIME. It is so hard to get work done, hold video conferences or talk on the phone at this location. Occasionally I will ask the staff if it can be turned down because it's too loud and am greeted with a scoff and no action. Seems like a simple fix to me and there are usually many adults doing business at this losing in the mornings. I would move to another location in the store but it's blasting everywhere including outside....

This location is brand new and is very modern and spacious. It features outdoor patio seating as well. The people are super friendly and the service is fast (though drive thru and counter service). Drinks are delicious. Unfortunately, the location is decently inconvenient compared to the old location near the Safeway. The parking lot is really beat up and the ways to get in the shopping center are very limited. Other than that, it was a very good experience and will definitely be back for a morning...
