I tried to order a pizza on Sunday night. I had to talk to their AI (instead of an option to order from a person), which froze up on me when asking me for my address (I was staying at the Candlewood Suites on Post at Fort Carson). The AI went silent for 1 - minute, then hung up on me! I called their phone number back trying to find a way to talk to a person. NO OPTION for that. But their AI knew who I was and asked me if I'd like to continue with my order. After it's first fail, I was done and hung up. Almost immediately after that an actual person called me back on my smartphone? He took my order at 16:49, and told me that my pizza would probably get to my room in 20 to 30 - minutes. I waited in my Hotel's Living Room close to the front door until 17:30 then looked out my front door. No pizza, and no delivery person. I then waited until 18:10 and called their number back to report that I hadn't received my pizza. Amazingly, a real person answered the phone this time, and still knew who I was. As I was calling, I looked out my front door again. And there was my pizza sitting up against my front door this time with my receipt on top of the box. Only it was cold with no heat in it at ALL! Nobody knocked on my door, or called me to tell me that my pizza was there. The person I was talking to said that they would get me another pizza, and I said that I will not be ordering another pizza from them. As cold as the pizza was, it went well below the "Food Safe Temperature Zone" and was sitting on the Hotel's Hallway floor, so I threw the entire uneaten pizza in the trash. He refunded my money, but I will never order from Fort Carson's Domino's again! Never had any problems like this with the Domino's where I live! Very Disappointed!
Please note that if you reply to Domino's Customer Service via the email that they send you about the issue that you reported, you will again be communicated with by yet another AI that will tell you that "it doesn't understand, and is still learning". Total Fail! I will never use ANY Domino's Pizza...

I got a text from dominos at 3:23 saying that they were in the lobby of my building. At 3:23 I responded that I was headed to the lobby. Less than a minute later I was in the lobby but no Dominos employee!? At 3:25 I text back letting him know I didnât see him. NO RESPONSE. So I called. The employee tells me that he is on his way back to the store because he was waiting for a while. I told him that was practically impossible considering within the same minute of him texting me that he downstairs, I responded letting him know I was on my way. He tells me that heâll just turn back around. Which I was fine with. Time passes and again no one is here ,so I got in contact with the manager. The manager makes excuse after excuse one being that their âwait time is 5 minutesâ I had to break it down for him that the time stamped messages prove that his employee barely could wait 2 minutes let alone 5. I tell him that I shouldnât be charged for the pizza and his response was that I hadnât paid yet anyways. (I pay upfront for this reason) As we talk I then find out that my pizza is at the store and that the driver lied when he said heâd turn around. I told him by the time my food got to me, it would be cold. The managers response was âitâs only been 13 minutesâ ( so 13 minutes back to the store and another 13 minutes to return back to my building? Basically 30 minutes from the oven to me) not only was Michael (the manager) rude with his words and slick comebacks, he also laughed at me all throughout the phone conversation which is so disrespectful and childish. I wont give these people another cent. My jobs throws parties ALL THE TIME and we buy boxes of Dominoes pizza every time. Not anymore! Pizza Hut is where itâs at!

But yet it says open on your page and the online ordering service didnât tell me that you were closed. Oh yeah, but you took the money out of my account. Funny how that works. I will not order from you again, Iâm normally a very nice person and give five stars this is my first one star. I will not tolerate in professionalism like this.
