So we put in a Togo mobile pick up and we’re there at the expected arrival time and no one came out to give us our food. My husband went inside to find the Togo desk for our order. A woman shouted out a name Katalina. Several times. And left my food on the counter (my name is Kristen) not that hard to read a correct name. So by the time my husband got out of chilis with our food it was over an hour late and cold. No apology from the girl. Terrible experience. Super disorganized staff. Absolutely the worst tasting sauce ever. Wings were big and meaty. Cooked correctly and crispy. Curly fries were delicious. Sauce is the problem. It’s just plain terrible. I had to use some store bought sauce I had in the fridge at home. Definitely will not order from there again. Bummer, I really wanted to like this place because it’s really close to my house. I ordered the medium buffalo sauce, mango habanero and this Santa Fe jalapeño sauce. All sounded good but...

I tried their smoked wings in two different flavors. The smokiness of the flavoring was good but there was no sauce or flavoring like I had picked out. They were very plain. Their curly fries were really good, only thing I enjoyed from my order. Very disappointed.
