Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado

Honestly this review is just because they refuse to deliver to a new address even though it's in range, easy to get to and within a mile of the restaurant. It's been hard enough trying to get deliveries in the new development and dealing with housing and my new house malfunctioning. I can't even have food delivered so I can focus on moving. I even said they could call me. I'm literally across the street from houses they can navigate to. On the corner at an intersection they can navigate to. Because no one needs food delivery more than the poor sap that volunteered to move into a new military housing development. Because military. if i could give this place zero stars.. i would.. always wondered why this place was rated so low, heres why.

so i ordered takeout from this place and had them deliver to my barracks room told the person over the phone my address and they proceeded to tae it not only to a completely differrent barracks but they took the food back with them after no one came to get the food. had to track the food down and then was told by the guy over the phone that i lied to them to get free food? like really?! and then after that he asked for my new address and took neearly an hour to get to the address that i stated originally. It took over 2 hours to finally get my food.I will never order from this...

GOING BACK TO SUBWAY Order a sandwich combo at 12:20pm , never got the food. The app said it was delivered but funny enough I didn’t have a sandwich in my hand ? No one called me or came into my building to ask where I was. An it’s not like we don’t order and have it delivered all the time to our building . Secondly I called the store over 20 times to get ahold of anyone , not one answer or way to leave a message.

Now trying to get a ahold of anyone by email or phone is a loop of insanity and websites not working.
