Los 3 Garcias — Restaurant in Colorado

This was the most horrible dining experience ever. I first started off ordering a drink after being greeted with a very rude waitress rushing us to order. Finally I get my drink and it tasted like Kool aid I simply ask what kind of alcohol is in here it just doesn't taste like alcohol, being I don't even ever drink but when I'm dining like I can tell. Well she brings me a shot I was okay with that. After taking a cup of ice out I add my shot and take the shot because that was basically all that was in the margarita cup since it was full of ice. Upon ordering my food with my other 2 guest we were rushed again and because my guest didn't know yet what he wanted she was about to walk away she said in a hasty voice to him well I'm coming back didn't even get the full tables order. When I got to give her my order my only request was please no lettuce I don't want any lettuce on my plate. Clearly they are not trained on food allergies because she brought my meal plated full of lettuce I asked for a new plate was given attitude and never accommodated. She brings the checks still the only thing I've eaten is the meat on a separate plate and tried to eat the rice but just started feeling sick. The beans were so runny and watered down it made me want to vomit. When she comes wit the check again I let her know I asked for no lettuce I cannot eat it can I have a side of rice she gets mad walks away and comes back wit a box of LETTUCE and rice saying it's free... tf .... I let it go at this point I'm just ready 2 go but asked for a small guacamole with NO LETTUCE since I didn't eat any of it from the lettuce infested plate. She snatched my 38.67 ticket from me and sped away to the back came back with 2 small cups of guacamole and my now 44.78 ticket. I'm fuming at this point. I was going to cause a scene because how you expected me to pay for something low key I can sue you for especially if I didn't eat it 🤔. This place is closed today luckily for YOU. I will be calling because not only did u force me to pay anyway for this atrocious event all ur staff had to say was oh I let the manager know. No one came out no one helped me and had I had an allergic reaction in your establishment sweets you'd wish u would came from behind whatever desk your at. On top of this my ma paid with a 100 bill and is a person of color and the way you'll disrespected her and tried to play with her money...

Chips/Salsa obvious homemade salsa, was tasty. Chips would've benefited huge by a nice, quick warming. I Had a 3 piece combination plate. 3 different meats. Nice that they were all individual flavors! You know how some restaurants all the meat tastes nearly the same? These were obviously different. Tamale (pork) was rather bland. Chicken enchilada, the meat was very, very tender, but not well seasoned. The enchilada sauce was a bit spicy, but in a very good way. The shredded beef was incredibly tender, & the most flavor of the 3. It was paired w/beans in a burrito. All were topped w/green chili, according to menu. Couldn't really taste or see that, but were topped w/cheese. Hubby had an uncrunchy Lunch chimichanga. He said it was ok, nothing outstanding. Dessert a nice ending. Service was 'meh'-- at best. Seated in a very conspicuous area, yet we were overlooked way too much. Good enough I guess to 'try' this place, we were very excited to find a wonderful Mexican restaurant. Not a place we'd be delighted to bring friends/family here. Unsure if worth the...

Food was really good!!! Service not so much our server did a poor job. Wasn’t friendly I don’t think anyone besides the host smiled at us at any point... Asked server for extra lemons she brought me one on my glass asked again and she brought me another single slice witch was kinda aggravating. Didn’t get my jalapeños. Our server didn’t bring out our food the other lady working brought it out didn’t smile handed out food and left didn’t ask if we needed anything else. Server never checked back finally host got us our ticket and bussed off table. We had card on the table for a while before we went up front and again dealt with the host. Server saw us leaving and couldn’t even say goodbye... Cant remember her name it started with an A and the other lady working was blond both of them made it seem as though we were bugging them by being there... Will return cause of food but service was quit disappointing.... If server would have just smiled when they walked by and made us feel welcome my $2 dollar tip would have been a $10 and satisfaction would...
