The service is super slow and they weren't busy either. There was a lady in front of us who had some sort of convoluted issue that resulted in her buying 1 drink and then telling the cashier to help us so that she could come back and do more ordering.
I ordered the caramel brulee latte and the cashier asked me twice what I was ordering even though she rang it up and I'm staring at the screen. I also needed to tell her I wanted oatmilk instead of regular dairy again. The one barista who was making drinks was just super slow, but it wasn't like she was working on multiple drinks, just mine. There was another employee but he looked like a deer in headlights and didn't help at all either on the register or making drinks.
