Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

The service is super slow and they weren't busy either. There was a lady in front of us who had some sort of convoluted issue that resulted in her buying 1 drink and then telling the cashier to help us so that she could come back and do more ordering.

I ordered the caramel brulee latte and the cashier asked me twice what I was ordering even though she rang it up and I'm staring at the screen. I also needed to tell her I wanted oatmilk instead of regular dairy again. The one barista who was making drinks was just super slow, but it wasn't like she was working on multiple drinks, just mine. There was another employee but he looked like a deer in headlights and didn't help at all either on the register or making drinks.

They're nice and my drink was made perfectly, but they were just slow. I also can't blame them too much because the customers after us had very intricate orders that seemed ridiculous and...

Bad customer service. Got turned away TWICE now. First time, the lady there tells me up front that she has another drink to make and can't take my order. Today, TWO people were working there, the girl tells me that she's making another drink now and can't take my order, the guy is doing nothing, but also doesn't take my order. I won't be back. There's a better Starbucks up the road. And yes, I called customer service and talked...

I often order a vente flat white from the Starbucks standalone up the road, it's almost always awesome without fail... 98%.. even the once in a while when not perfect... Still good...

I just ordered one for the first time from THIS location... Burnt... Horrible... They clearly do NOT know how to make...
