I want to share a negative experience my family and I had this evening at your Highlands Ranch location. We dine with you at that location regularly. We've had mostly positive experiences, but this evening was unacceptable.
It was as simple as an undercooked grilled cheese. I brought this sandwich up to the expediting counter and asked the manager if he could please remake the sandwich. I lifted the top of the bread to show that the cheese was still shredded and not melted at all. He replied with 'yeah, I guess' in a super impolite manner. I wasn't expecting him to beg for my forgiveness but it would have been nice if he just acknowledged that it was a little undercooked and offered to remake it without being disrespectful.
I then asked if you would like me to set the other sandwich down where there were dirty plates right in front of the counter. He said 'whatever, or you can just eat it'. I don't expect to have someone be so disgusted with me over returning undercooked food. I was friendly throughout so the attitude over poor food quality was unwarranted.
To top it off when I shared the story with my wife as we waited for the remade sandwich, she told me that she let that same gentleman know that there was no more soap in the bathroom. She says that his response to her was 'okay' as in 'what do you expect me to do about it?'
There was no line. There were at least 5 staff members visible. There were three other groups dining at the time. This wasn't Saturday dinner...

My hubby just brought home 3 different pizzas and 2 out of three when we opened the boxes were burnt so bad they were BLACK and I thought maybe I could work around it but the bottoms had some kind of sticky residue on them as well....I hate to even think of what it was. The last 4 or 5 times they have ruined our food as far as quality goes ESPECIALLY if you are ordering to go, obviously they don't feel the need to care if you aren't there in person to make them redo it. Modmarket HR I'm not sure if you're under new management or need more supervision but if it was my kitchen (YES I have been in the industry) I would not have allowed that to have been even considered to make it past the trash let alone sent out the door with someone. Recently, I did an online order for a pizza and requested to remove an item, and add 2 additional items that I paid extra for. When I got the pizza, they did not remove the item I requested and more importantly they did not add the 2 items that I paid extra for. I went back to the store, and told them what happened and did not get a single apology. They said they would make me a whole new pizza. The place was not busy at all, maybe had one occupant. I waited for about 20 minutes and finally asked them what was going on. The pizza was just sitting there behind the counter. The lady finally gave me my pizza and didn’t apologize at all or say anything for that matter. Just dead silence. The pizza was definitely not hot, but warm to cold. Since it has been consistently not great service and the food is just not as good as it was before, my husband and I will not be coming back to this...
