Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado

Would give no stars if possible.

Ordered today - spent $60 plus dollars, received the pizza from an excellent, friendly and professional delivery driver.

Only to find both pizzas I ordered to be extremely soggy and inedible. I called to speak to the manager and was treated very rudely. I gentleman who answered the phone didn’t address himself and gave me attitude when I asked for his name. The conversation continued with him being very rude and unprofessional. I also asked for the store managers information and he repeated his comment that he didn’t have to tell me who the store manager was. Who ever this person was does not need to work with customers or have a job with customer service. I called back to try and speak with someone else and when I asked the person who answered what the store managers name was he simple gave a made up name, and started laughing and giggling with a coworker while I was still on the phone. I have never written a negative review. Actually, I've only ever written one review before, and it was positive. Unfortunately, I was disappointed enough in my order to choose to write a review for this dining experience. Our order included 4 Papadias and 1 pizza. The Papadias had very few ingredients added. On the two Buffalo Chicken Papdias we ordered, there was one piece of chicken, a few onions, and some cheese. On the upside, it did have plenty of buffalo sauce. On the BBQ Chicken Papadia, there was 3 pieces of chicken and NO BBQ sauce. The pizza had a normal amount of toppings but little sauce. I was surprised at the quality of the food, and at this point I do not plan on ordering from here again. Outstanding customer service! The gentleman working tonight helped me pack up all the food I got and wished me a nice evening. Doesn’t seem like a lot but it turned what was a bad day for me around into a nice evening. I highly recommend the manager of this store look at the date and time this review was posted and commend the gentleman that helped me!

Update: again, this particular store has outstanding customer service. Helped me bag my drinks and my pizzas and made sure I had everything I needed. I really recommend the manager looks at the schedule and sees who was on shift at the time of this review and give those employees a raise. It’s not often that you get a good enough customer experience to compel you to write not one but a follow up review as well. I’ll never go to a different papa John’s location, this one has...
