I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The staff’s warmth and professionalism truly stood out. Andrew was especially helpful, offering great suggestions for local fishing spots, and I deeply appreciated his hospitality. Kiko, the chef, provided outstanding meals each night, and his culinary skills were consistently impressive. Jeremy, who served drinks one evening, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the evening more enjoyable. Jeremy G at the front desk assisted me with laundry services and did so with such a positive and helpful attitude. Carrie, who served at the bar, was equally delightful, providing excellent service with a friendly demeanor. While the hotel itself may feel slightly dated, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. Each team member deserves recognition for their dedication to making guests feel welcome. I look forward to returning if I’m ever back in the area for work. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable—this level of service is well worth a five-star review.

Hubs and I stayed at this Hilton four nights in mid-October '23. The room was clean and problem-free. The service was pretty good; had just a little issue needing a receipt for a cash purchase; the desk attendant at first said he couldn't give a receipt, then he figured it when when hubs said he'd just write one. The breakfast buffet was good - sausage links, eggs, fried potatoes, pastries. The chef was very friendly. We also ate dinner here one night and it was really good! For this meal, hubs had the chicken strips and fries. The chicken breast was a bit overcooked; fries were freshly-cut, well-seasoned, and delicious! I had the chicken quesadilla which was one of the tastiest I've ever had! We would definitely stay at this Hilton again.

Overall the hotel is pretty decent. The bed isn't nearly as comfortable as I would have hoped. The biggest frustration is that this hotel looks to nickel and dime you to death throughout your entire stay. Sure, the room price isn't bad, but you have to pay for an extra dinner at the hotel. Plus you have to pay if you want breakfast. Plus if you want good Wi-Fi it's an extra $5 a day. And don't forget that if you want the complimentary a bottle of water, it's not complimentary, it's $3. This is why I usually stay at a Marriott, where you get all of these features and you don't have to pay extra for them. While the room was fine, all of these extra charges have inspired me to not stay at a Hilton next time.

The rooms were great! I am from Colorado Springs and I was a little disappointed with the Front desk service lady(Ms. Love). On Friday morning we had attended a function with your grand kids at the Ben Franklin Academy. When we returned back to the hotel around 8:30am ish, my wife went back up to the room and I waited for her in the Lobby area. In the meantime, I could see a lot of guests that were having and enjoying breakfast particularly a hockey team and their family. I noticed the young lady attending to guests and cleaning tables. When my wife came down we were going to grab some breakfast and as we were in line the young lady came by and asked if we had a voucher. I told her no and that I wasn't aware or told by the front desk lady(Love) that we needed one. I gave her my room number and she proceed to check to see if I was even registered. The front desk lady(Love) said that I didn't have a voucher. I told Ms. Love that you never mention or offered it to me when I registered on Thursday 9/15. She just said " I apologize." I asked if they could at least give me one for not offering one when I registered. Ms. Love went on to say that I could purchase a voucher for $17 dollars. While I was waiting for my wife in the lobby, I noticed that the breakfast lady didn't ask any of the guests for a voucher. Now, I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and never purchased any vouchers and we've always enjoyed the breakfast without any vouchers. The bottom line here is that I thought that Ms. Love would've made things right for me and offer at least one voucher, but she didn't Needles to say, this was a disappointing stay, so be sure and ask if they have breakfast vouchers! If you want to be respected by hotel staff, DO NOT stay here. We were a group of 20 friends with kids. We were asked to move to a back hallway (outside the banquet rooms) by one staff member and then another showed up an hour later and said we were not allowed to be there and if we didn't move they would charge us! They could have handled this way differently and it would have been no big deal, but this staff apparently does not care about their guests. We even tried to express why we were upset and how they should have handled this differently and this guy staff member thought it was so funny he laughed at us. We are all locals and will never stay here again. Plus I'll make a point to tell others not to stay here. Here is a reply to the hotel reply (just noticed they edited their nasty reply)...... We tried to resolve the issue that night and no staff memeber wanted to talk about it other than say we are wrong. Later that night at 11pm there was another group of people in the lobby with their own drinks just partying it up.....so I like how that gets thrown into the reply. Why were they allowed to have their own alcohol, but not us? We were not loud and crazy....we were no where near drunk when this all happened. And the only bad thing we said was calling their staff memeber "dumbo ears".....not appropriate but at the same point he was laughing in our face about trying to resolve this issue. Just spoke with a manager at this location and she said, her words exact, "I will believe my staff members story over yours." Has she worked in customer service before? This just heated me more. Good luck if you have an issue...

I would’ve given this hotel five stars as check in was easy, the front desk people were nice and the room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Not the best but not the worst and I slept well so that’s all that matters. However, I went early in the morning to book the room another night as I was staying longer than anticipated. That went well but afterwards, I decided to eat a bit before laying back down a bit as it was 6:30am. I didn’t see the sign for food but I wasn’t really hungry so I just grabbed one sausage link, 2 tiny potatoes and literally one bite of eggs, and a half cup of orange juice. The lady brought me a tab. I said what is that for. She said the “buffet.” I said what buffet. There’s eggs, sausage, potatoes and green chili and I literally took a birds size portion. The lady got upset, yelling at me, didn’t I see the sign. I said what sign and no I didn’t. Why would I pay 15$ for four bites of food. She continued being rude and raising her voice. I just paid the bill and left. I thought about grabbing a bunch of food and throwing it away but that’s wasteful. It’s pretty sad that a hotel chain like the Hilton wouldn’t offer some breakfast, let alone charge 15$ more, on top the room charge, for literally, the worst “buffet” I’ve ever seen, even over small hotel chains. So it’s my fault for not seeing the sign but I will never stay again at a Hilton. And definitely not this one if they can’t even provide a piece of toast without...
