Nano 108 Brewery — Restaurant in Colorado

This was such a great find. It is in a weird location so I never even knew it was there! The old truck with the beer sign made us stop and check it out and man am I glad we did! This is one of new favorites!! When I say the beer is good I mean the best I have ever tried!! Unreal flavors and so many to choose from. I really don’t like beer but I love these. The best beer ever!!!!!!! If that wasn’t enough the food was out of this world we had the Vegan eggrolls they where insane so good and the flavor was unreal and the Monte Cristo was so good I it was truly a treat!! The staff is amazing and you can even buy beer to take home!! We will be back many more times. The only warning I will give is to make sure you have someone to drive because the beer is strong!!! I so rarely find myself in a Colorado brewery that is willing to take the risks, and investment, on their beers quite like Nano 108. And I have to say, they've grown up more and more every time I have come in. My first visit about two years ago had me thinking they were just another brewery focused on mass appeal. Simple, well done enough beers that had that microbrew drinkability to them. But now.. port barrel Belgians... Four Roses bourbon barrel stout... port and bourbon barrel Russian imperial stouts... both hot and mild chili rice lagers... red wine barrel brut IPAs. I mean, NOBODY is doing stuff like this in Colo Spgs! Well freaking done brewmaster. I'm coming BACK!...

Our group enjoyed 3 out of the 4 beers ordered. "Mango Pineapple IPA" was quite good. "Mimosa Brut IPA" interesting and delightful. The "El Paso lite IPA (nitro)" was the one not enjoyed as much...too lite. It was quite thin. Would be ok if it didn't carry the IPA moniker. The "4 Roses Whiskey, Utah Whiskey, and Port barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout" was the best of the bunch...so many flavors. The atmosphere here is awesome. Great place to go grab a quick drink or to sit and chat awhile. They have an interesting assortment of food trucks. They have a wide variety of beer available...something for everyone.
