WILL NOT RETURN. I tried several times to place an order online, with multiple payment methods but kept receiving an error message. I called in to the store, per the directions in the error message and explained to the employee who took my order that the website wouldn't allow me to place an order which included the application of a coupon. She informed me that she would talk to her manager about applying that coupon. I arrived at the store and asked about the coupon when I was given the full amount as my total. She said she would go ask her manager and yelled to someone in the back – not sure why it wasn't already asked. The manager came to the register and asked what I wanted to order. I explained that I'd already ordered, my issue with the online system, and asked if she could help me with the coupon. Without a moment of consideration, she immediately said "No, unfortunately that's for online orders." I explained again that I had tried multiple times to place an order online— including with the card I ended up using to pay for the order in store, and asked if there was anything at all she could do (the coupon was $3 off for reference. Not an exorbent amount). Again she immediately said no. There was no attempt at making the situation better or providing any kind of real customer service. I paid the $35 for my order and stated I would not be returning to this location. She gave no response or literally any indication that she cared, as a "manager", employee, or representative of LC, that she had provided bad service or effectively lost a customer.
For $35 I could've gotten pizza anywhere else (and usually do), but my family has requested LC so I gave it a try for the first time in years. Absolutely would never return to this location, solely based on my experience with this manager. It wasn't about the $3, it was the principle. This was a simple situation and an easy way to turn an inconvenience into a positive interaction. Things happen, but any amount of effort could've resulted in my giving this location another chance. Whomever runs the store/or LC should definitely have a conversation/retraining with this manager about...
Read moreLittle Caesars doesn't offer all of the options its competitors do, but if I rate it for what it is... good pizza at a good price, then I give it 5 stars. This is not to be compared to somewhere like Old Chicago where the pizza is awesome, but also costs a lot more. That's a whole different level.
Little Caesars is known for having pepperoni pizzas and cheese pizzas hot and ready, meaning you can walk into the store, order a couple, and they'll just hand it right to you.
As for choices, there's only one kind of sauce and one kind of cheese blend. There are more toppings than just pepperoni and cheese to choose from, but the bulk of their sales is pepperoni and cheese. You're not going to find Barbecue Chicken pizza here or Buffalo or Spinach & Tomato Alfredo. One sauce (marinara) and one cheese (a blend of mozzarella and muenster).
They do have some different crusts- normal hand-tossed, thin, deep dish, and stuffed crust.
Their app is easy to use and lets you skip the line and you don't have to talk to anyone. They call it the Pizza Portal. You order the pizza, they make it and place it in a warming drawer of the Pizza Portal. The app gives you a three digit code. You enter that code on the Pizza Portal's key pad and the drawer with your order opens up and you just take it and leave.
Little Caesars also has Italian Cheese Bread that is delicious. They have wings of various flavors that I have not tried. They have garlic breadsticks and a couple of dessert options. Pepsi products- 2 liter and 20 oz bottles.
I think that's about it. If you want good pizza fast and cheap, Little Caesars...
Read moreI came in around 7ish on 8/29/18 I stood at the front for about a minute before anyone came to the front. There were 4 employees in the store. Finally a girl came to the front with no name tag and a very rude attitude. On my receipt the name said Katherine just incase that isn't her name she had multicolored purple and black hair. I asked her for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and a meat lovers, she snapped off extremely rude "its not called meat lovers its called five meats and it will be 7 minutes" I'm sorry but I don't find it necessary to EVER argue with a customer when we both know what I was talking about. After 12 minutes I came back in and my food still wasn't ready. I could see the monitor for the food and all the tickets were red. All 4 employees were just hanging out in the back. After 25 minutes finally a guy came up with an equally bad attitude and gave me my pizza. Not only were they extremely rude but they were playing very inappropriate rap music for a place where kids are coming in and out of. I used to always go to this one because the manager Alex was so nice. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW...
