Rosies Diner Rosies Diner Mimi is hands down the the flow control manager of epic chaos in a philanthropic philharmonic maestro conductor. Lauryn my waitress brought my coffee. Tamara though!!! Watch her. She was my ninja in the kitchen office. She grabbed my phone that was dead and needed power. Power that Mimi offered and I was mesmerized to say yes. Take my phone number !!! I mean take my cell I need power. (She was super beautiful and her smile was infectious). Tamara brought my phone (while MiMi the pretty pushed a lady with bad knees to the restroom to help the lady avoid struggle or embarrassment. Seee she’s awesome. 10 years wow lucky place to keep a gem like that. Tamara brought the phone back I took this pic. I also spent the time to be aware of my own surroundings while I help someone recognize theirs. She was in flow of doing a bud boy job before the lady and she pep talked her crew that Walmart cheered her as she said break like a quarter back going for last play of the championship. She helped me fulfil my why and recognize flow and control that I have been missing for my life since my 30’s. She was a sustainable solution to an emotion I am going to always experience GRATITUDE. Find it before you complain about anything at Rosie’s in Colorado Springs Colorado. Thank you MeMe I mean Mimi.

Read moreYES, YES YES!! GO HERE!! we've been to this location and the one in Aurora, but an employee told us they have different owners. I freakin love this place!! The menu options are plentiful, they have cool decor and all kinds of stuff to order, you can order breakfast anytime of the day and lunch too! They do get super busy but that doesn't slow them down much, we still got seated fairly quickly and food came out fast after we ordered. I created my own Rueben sandwich with pastrami and provolone on sourdough instead of rye and they didn't snap at me for being kind of picky lol and got it down right the first time which is rare these days haha my husband had a turkey club croissant, and everything was super delicious. I couldn't finish it all but took the other half to go and ate it later. 10\10 would recommend this place and the coffee is soooo good, they also sell it at the front register if you want to take some to make at home. Our server was friendly and very knowledgably, told us training takes a week to become a server and he definitely had the ropes and provided us with top notch service. Thank you for the great food and experience, if we're ever back in Larkspur we will definitely...
Read moreWe showed up right at opening, (8am) and there was a line of 10 people waiting. They were ready for us, as they had servers lined up to seat everyone right away! Super efficient. New customers filed in steadily for the next 45 minutes, and there was a short wait by the time we left. This place is popular.
The decor is typical Rosie's. Lots of 50's and 60's nostalgia. This location also does a lot with local car clubs, and there is evidence everywhere of their support. Pretty cool.
I had a Classic Eggs Benedict, with extra crispy English muffin, please. It came as asked. The hollondaise sauce was a little thick, but tasty, and there was a thick slice of ham on both muffins. The eggs were a tiny bit overcooked, but enough runny yolk to satisfy. My guest had a traditional Denver omelete, which she said was "fine" but then proceeded to polish it. Her pancakes were delicious.
While the restaurant is generally very clean, they really need a new floor. The grout between tiny tiles is dirty looking, and inconsistent with the rest of the place.
Value - About $40 for two hearty breakfasts with 2 juices is not bad, especially with exceptional service and atmosphere! ...
