Santortas Mexican Sandwiches — Restaurant in Colorado

I have visited Santortas before and was very impressed with the food and service here. Tonight was a whole other story. Visited tonight and ordered two steak sandwiches and one kids burrito. Wasn't met with the same friendly service we had received before, but that was okay. I returned home to find that one sandwich was missing, one sandwich was not a steak sandwich but instead a Frank sandwich (mini hotdogs, absolutely terrible do not get this) and my kids burrito turned out to be a full size burrito. I called Santortas to speak to someone in charge or someone that could help and was met with a woman who did not speak any english. I asked if there was anyone else there, she said no. We went back and forth on the phone forever because she could not understand me. I explained to her that I lived 20 minutes away and would not be driving back over there tonight to get my order remade. Instead I would like a refund. Still the woman could not understand me and then she just hung up on me. I would love to give Santortas another chance, but tonight was extremely...

When they first opened, food and service was fantastic.

Today, I did an online order for 2 burritos and went in to pick it up, gave them my name. They confirmed that I ordered 2 burritos, they looked in the bag and handed it to me. I looked in the bag that clearly had only 1 burrito in it. I stood there for a few minutes before they realized I had paid for 2 burritos and they only gave me 1. They then told me to wait a few minutes while they made the second one. I got home with 2 burritos, cut it in half and found they didn't put any sauce in it and it was 90% rice. I won't come back here again, I might as well go to Taco Bell, it's probably comparable in quality of service and food.

Update after eating the burrito. They also forgot the cheese. You're better off going to Taco Bell unless you like underseasoned...

Updated Review: I went to Santortas yesterday and got their Pork Leg Sandwich and it was divine!!!! The meat was so tender, could have used a bit more seasoning added once it was shredded but the pork flavor really did shine. It had Avocado, tomato and onion to give it some nice fat, acid and crunch but the headliner was the gooey cheese and chipotle sauce that was added. Gave it a real nice heat and sauce was all over my face. Super delicious. Mexican Coke on the side, can't beat it. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because I did get the Flan on the side which was almost $5, and while it was a really big piece, it was a bit grainy and dry. Not as smooth or saucy as I know it to be and love. Overall, great experience with the sandwich though. I can't wait to go back...
