If you’re looking for a trendy coffee experience in Parker, Colorado, you should try Deja Brew on South Parker Road. They have a good amount of free parking out front, and a variety of different seating options. The staff was very friendly, and upon learning it was our first visit we received a thorough break down off their menu offerings. They were also transparent that our beverage would be a moment because there were a few coffee flights ahead of us, and I appreciated the honesty.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of unique trend-setting coffee options at Deja Brew on South Parker Road. (Déjà vu? You already saw that!) In addition to having multiple types of coffee flights (where you have the option of trying multiple different beverages side by side, similar to a wine tasting flight or beer flight), they also have unique spins on coffee, such as one I’ve never seen - syringes filled with espresso.

From the “All The Vibes | It’s Giving New” menu, I went with option #2, Midnight Wish, which is a vanilla latte with a twist. It’s steamed milk with two espresso-filled plastic syringes in the cup, ready for you to squirt in for a caffeine boost. To fill the syringes, the barista pulls a regular shot of espresso, insert the syringes, then pull the plunger back until they’re both filled. Once the drink is prepared, it’s your time to shine - play doctor and plunge the espresso into your chosen milk (I went with oat milk) and then give it a good stir. Although it looked cool, I did wish the syringes came on the side on a saucer so that you didn’t have to reach your hands into the cup and get sticky, and so that they weren’t in my way when drinking (I did remove them after my initial first sip). They have sugar free syrup options (I tried this with the sugar free vanilla) although these aren’t made in house.

Very practical, they also have a printer! My mom and I were grabbing a quick coffee before a funeral service nearby, and we were able to get color photos printed on thick paper at a...

I’ve been coming here for a while, both with the old owners and the new. The food is now from La Belle Bakery (it’s better fresh from there but if you don’t want to drive over there this is the next best thing) they’ve expanded the hours which is really nice and the coffee is still fantastic. The reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because of how long it takes to get your coffee. It’s usually at least 15 mins, but sometimes about 30 if they have a bunch of flights to make. It’s great to offer flights for people who are looking to come in and hang out for a long time but it makes it impossible for the people who want to swing by and grab a coffee to go. Most people can’t wait that long to get their drink. I would suggest limiting the number of flights they offer or let people ordering flights know that it will be at least 30 mins so they can prioritize...

If you haven't gone to Deja Brew you should consider reading this and immediately going there (so long as they're open). A friend recommended them and on a whim I went. I was blown away by everything. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The seating is really on point. Everyone that works there is so kind, helpful and amazing. They are knowledgeable about the beans and make a mean latte. They make at least 5 of their syrups that you can get in your drink. The vanilla bean one is my favorite. Cookie butter is really delicious, Earl grey is on point. They do not over steam the milk and will happily do kid temp if you're like me and prefer it not too hot. The pastries are all really delicious too! The black and white scone is tasty and not too crumbly. All of the other coffee shops have nothing on this place. Try it and...

What are the odds that we travel from MSP to Denver & out of the hundreds of coffee shops we pick one that is connected to our favorite place in MSP! When we first pulled up we were a little uncertain because of its location in the strip mall but the second you step inside it is immediately transformed in to a bright and welcoming place to hang. The service is so good; incredibly friendly && when I couldn’t decide what I wanted she did a great job of helping me decide based on what I usually like. The most important part of course is that this is the best coffee I’ve had in a long time (maybe ever, actually…and we’ve been to a lot of coffee shops)
