I want so bad to like this location, but I can't and won't recommend it to anyone. I was so excited when this one opened up, as it's far more convenient to me than my favorite location, the one on Arapahoe. But after giving this place FIVE chances to impress me, I won't be going back anymore. They take WAY TOO LONG to get orders out. The wait times are absurd, for absolutely no good reason. Every time I go, it takes forever. My last visit was two days ago. I walked in, there were two customers inside who already had their food. It took FIFTEEN minutes for me to get my food, which was one regular size bowl. That's it, nothing special, nothing crazy, but fifteen minutes for one bowl when they didn't have any other customers to take care of was ridiculous. They didn't have any mobile order pickups during that time either, so I have no idea what they were doing the whole time. When my bowl did finally come out, the portion was nearly half of what I'm used to from the Arapahoe location. 3 small pieces of broccoli and a small scoop of cabbage, extremely disappointing after that kind of wait. The chicken tasted good at least. I never spoke up after my second visit, in which I found a hair in my bowl. It was extremely unappetizing but I didn't make a fuss because things happen, it is what it is. But five disappointing visits are more than enough for me, and I'll never be going back. Hope they get their act together at this location or they won't have customers anymore, based on some of the other reviews I'm reading, my experiences...
Read moreService and atmosphere are adequate for the type of food venue (grab and sit, or grab and go). Music was loud though. Food was honestly terrible. I had tasted the spicy tofu cubes at a work event and they were very good, so thought I would go for a lunch on my own to see what else they had. Had a spicy tofu bowl and a chicken teriyaki bowl, both with yakisoba noodles & veggies and had wok tossed. Added 1 eggroll and a side of "mad" sauce. No drinks Price came to whopping $33 and change.
Never have I tasted any teriyaki that tasted like it had a tomato base until Teriyaki Madness. There was no soy, ginger, garlic which is expected in a teriyaki sauce. None. It tasted like a bad mix of cheap spaghetti sauce and I don't know what. The "mad" sauce tasted like barbeque sauce and did not go with whatever flavor profile was going on in the bowls. The portions are large, that is the only positive. I picked out most of the tofu cubes to eat, my partner did the same with the chicken cubes. Neither of us could stomach the strange tomato tasting sauce that the noodles were sauced up with. Total waste of $33. Oh, the chicken eggroll was ok. There is absolutely nothing that I would return for. ...
Read moreWe tried them through DoorDash delivery. Ordered 3 different dishes and were not impressed. Teriyaki Chicken Breast Bowl with fried rice: The fried rice and veggies were good though veggie portions seems quite small. Chicken however was SO overcooked/charred and dry inside and had very little sauce. Orange chicken with white rice: Orange chicken seemed to be mostly breading chunks/very little chicken overall and there was hardly any sauce. Teriyaki Chicken Breast Bowl with white rice: had hardly any veggies and the chicken again was WAY overcooked with charring. I only found one spot of sauce on the chicken. We may try one more time but were not...
