One star because of my experience with the employees. I was told by "hjf_autos" on Instagram that he works at Vehicle Vault and proceeded to tell me the cars and coffee is "9-noon completely free and the museum will be open". I understood this as even the museum would be free, I was mistaken but that was the least of my issue. I was walking into the museum section a young lady (who had no professional appearance of working there) stopped me and asked if I had payed to get in. I had told them no, a dude on Instagram told me it was free and he worked there, her and the other male employee begin to rudely argue me and tell me I was wrong. I then brought up my Instagram convo with "hjf_autos" and showed them the convo, and why I had thought it was free (again the fee to get in the smallest problem). Both employees told me if it's not the "vehicle vault" Instgram, they are not affiliated and it can not be trusted. I told them they should contact "hjf_autos" and ask him not to tell people he works there if he does not. I then looked at "hjf_autos" Instagram a little closer. HE WAS THE EMPLOYEE AT THE DESK! The employee acted like that Instagram account I had just showed was a random person, and not him himself! When I asked him why he would lie to me, he then owned up and apologized for wording his Instagram message wrong. My issue here is not the an employee worded a message oddly that I myself misunderstood the info. My problem here, is that an employee lied to my face about not being affiliated with the company when they themselves were the one at the front desk...
Read moreTitanCEO hosted the 2020 Titan100 awards and book launch in September. Vehicle Vault was the perfect place to recognize Colorado's Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. The 35,000 sq ft. venue offered our Titans and attendees a unique experience unlike any other venue in Colorado. The main room was surrounded by an beautiful collection of cars that brought life to our event. Gone are the days of four plain walls in a hotel ballroom. With our awards program, we aim to create memorable experiences and Vehicle Vault matched our vision. I have included pictures below that showcase how incredible the space was. We were even able to utilize their amazing outdoor patio (10,00+ sq ft.) for additional event space. Darren and the staff at Vehicle Vault are first in class! We had to re-schedule this event 3 times due to COVID. Darren was able to help us think outside the box, provide options and help us execute on this program. When we showed up the morning of the event to set-up, the layout was executed perfectly. As an experienced executive having held upwards of 52 award programs per year back on the East Coast, I can say with confidence that Darren is the best! I've never worked with a more professional event planner that can execute every detail as...
Read moreWe recently held an event at the Vehicle Vault for our son who was celebrating his remission from cancer. Our son is a huge fan of their car collection, their Espresso and Exhaust events and we are members of their museum and have visited there many times. The Vehicle Vault staff, Mac in particular, were wonderful and so helpful from the start. Mac was super welcoming, helpful, and informative. He did a great job of showing us the variety of space options for our event. The spaces that they offer are unique and we decided that their giant outdoor space would be best for our teen-centered event. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t agree, and it ended up snowing the entire day of our event. Mac was able to help us out and luckily move our party indoors at the last minute. There was plenty of room for the DJ, food and some games. Mac and Tyler were incredibly flexible with the change and so patient and helpful with the large number of teens that we had at the event. Everyone, teens and adults alike, loved being able to look at and hear about the rare and incredible collection of cars. We highly recommend the Vehicle Vault for car enthusiasts and as an...
