Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado

I wanted a chai tea latte, it was a little dark. All the chai tea lattes I ever got were creamy and white. This one was a little too brown for my liking so I asked for a little more milk, and they told me no, they couldn’t do it even when I offered to pay more. It didn’t have the chai taste that I enjoy from coffee shops. It tasted like it was premade from a third party and maybe that’s why they couldn’t add more milk? Idk my guess, That’s fine, but I’ll just never go there again. The young man was nice and had to be the one to tell me no. I didn’t fight it, I am just simply writing a review. Their food, is awful. It was cold, the bagel wasn’t toasted, the egg was tiny. I think the cheese was bigger than the egg and it tasted rubbery. I wouldn’t recommend. I really want to like this place, but they can never seem to get drinks correct. As I write this, I’m sitting in the drive thru, attempting to get my drink made correctly after it was just made incorrectly twice. And now I’m late to work. It’s honestly super frustrating. And my drink is not complicated! It’s a plain latte with whipped cream! First it was a chai, and then they added a bunch of syrup to the next one.

Also, if you get a large drink and want to split it between your two kids, and ask for an extra cup, they will charge you one dollar for an additional cup. It's literal highway robbery and it's insane. I want to be able to support a nice place that is owned by someone locally, but it's like they have no respect whatsoever for people in their...

Just went through the drive thru and seems like it is getting worse when taking orders. This is the third time I orser, get to the window, pay, and get the order with something missing. I ask where, like today, food was, and "O that was ot rang up, sorry". I appreciate the sorry but is does not fix the issue at hand. I am not sure if they are in that much of a hurry to get the order done or just don't care to provide quality service. Maybe a procedure needs to be looked at to slow them down, read orders back, not sure but would be nice to see. I will come back with a update to post if this has gotten better or if Starbucks is in the near...
