Yummy Thai — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I'm absolutely shocked that hardly anybody was in the restaurant. There were a lot of takeout orders though. Most people were across the street but this restaurant is absolutely worthy of becoming a popular Pueblo West go-to restaurant. They need to up the atmosphere a little bit by making the restaurant a little bit cozier like with a narrow floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the center or some type of water feature and some dividers to separate the spaces. But the manager and chef are both highly professional and better than the usual around here. I was very impressed with how kind and relatable the server was. He has a great sense of humor. We had the Pad see ew and the duck fried rice. The noodles in the Pad see ew were soft and decadent. The dish was both savory and sweet. It reminded me of a traditional Pad see ew dish. But to my surprise, the duck in the duck fried rice was cooked better than I've ever had before. It had this crispy crunchy fry to it, different than what one would typically find in a Thai or Chinese restaurant. I can't wait to go back and order both of those again. But I also want to try new things as well. The prices of the food may be a bit high at first sight, but the portions are very large; we each ordered one dish and only ate half of each. So we have another complete meal for tomorrow. It's completely worth it. Most importantly, the restaurant was clean compared to some of the other places around here. That alone blew my mind. Great Thai food! My husband and I love Thai and have tried it in many different cities, as well as several times in town. We will be back here again. The flavor, options, and portion sizes are awesome. Customer service is perfect. The edamame is my new favorite, spicy and garlicky with perfect sweet savory taste. Sashimi served on ice to keep it fresh, taste amazing. Spicy crispy chicken also a favorite. Pad Thai is delicious as well. The Thai tea was great too, not too sweet and very flavorful. The Tom Kai soup was sooo good too!!!

The gentleman that was working has top notch customer service. I made a mistake and ordered food online from their Canon location. Upon figuring this out, he called the Canon location to see what my order was, and even though one of the dishes I had ordered is not on their menu, he assured me they could make it here. I felt bad but he said the original Canon food wouldn’t go to waste and prepared the dish incredibly quickly. And it was very very tasty. Very thankful 🙏 and HIGHLY...
