Super unhappy. We've been ordering from here to try and support small business. I have a gluten allergy and they keep preparing items with full gluten even though I'm ordering off the gluten free menu. Do not recommend. They do not prepare items to order and disregard food allergies.
Update: owner responded to my (same) review on Yelp and it was incredibly unprofessional and rude. They have lost several customers due to this. Good job, Virgilios. Here's his response: "I have no idea what you taking about? Every dish is prepared to order. All dishes that are gluten free are on the regular menu that comes with pasta and garlic knots. You must specify no garlic knots and sub zucchini spaghetti for pasta as the gluten free menu states is NOT AUTOMATIC because we only make gluten free chicken and eggplant parm. During this time people like you "Yelper Elite" think your better then us. Why not call and ask why? 16 years in business do see any other issues with GF. Do you think we want to make people people sick? Really? I suggest you look at our history on safety at Virgilio's. (Featured on Fox News 31 Restaurant Report A+) So supporting us? Writing a negative review when you ordered wrong, so please go someplace else Ms Yelper Elite!!! I hope you sleep well at night when 30% of restaurants are never coming back from this pandemic do to no fault of their own. No other Italian restaurant offers the choices on G.F. "
And he included a link to Jeffco's health requirements. I did not order wrong, I ordered gluten free, specified it, in fact, and my food still came out incorrect. Blaming the customer instead of talking to your kitchen staff? Really? Or even trying to follow up with me and then asking your staff if something went wrong? I'm incredibly careful about ordering gluten free any time we go out to eat or order in food because I don't like getting sick. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and he's now getting negative word of mouth from me which means everyone I know will now know not to go here if they don't want their orders made incorrectly and don't want to waste their money. And if this is how he thinks he's going to retain customers and stay afloat during the pandemic, then he...

The pizza was delicious and to be honest could have been cooked a few minutes longer as the middle was a little soft. This will not lower my rating as the pizza ingredients were top notch! I imagine people may complain if itโs overcooked in the brick oven so maybe the chef was being cautious. Next time Iโll let the server know to keep in a few minutes extra!! The cheese on the pizza is amazingly flavorful cheesy goodness!! The jalapeรฑos were not hot but again will not hold that against them ๐ the meat toppings were fresh tasting. The crust was nice and crispy!!! The mozzarella sticks were almost perfect, again a little longer in the over and again, this will not lower my score! ๐ The house wine was divine and Lucious ๐ท My wife ordered an aperol spritz that was out of this world! ๐น Her salad was fresh, crisp and oh so tasty according to her!! The menu has so many options that you will have a hard time figuring out what you want. My suggestion is order multiple items and take what you canโt finish, to go! ๐๐ Garlic knots are an excellent choice Huge pizzaโs available Use a brick oven for pizzas and calzones, plus more Fresh grated Parmesan Red pepper flakes Many assorted deserts Many drinks to choose from Ice cold water Greeter and server both were polite and welcoming. Customer service skills are a nice touch to an excellent restaurant, thank you.
The not so good: Can get crowded during peak times Bathrooms need an upgrade according to my wife The high top tables are wobbly
All in all this is a must try and we plan to return to try something new on the menu...

The drink list is all just delicious flavor profiles pair great with the foods and wait staff has always been super knowledgeable about the menu. I always feel bad asking them what they like best because I know every thing om the menu is absolutely amazing. You can get fresh basil on anything they have.
The pizzas have primo ingredients. My favorite is the Quatro fromaggio because I love cheese, so why not four cheese. The garlic knots will make you eat too much because they ate hard to stop eating. They also reheat well and make a great snack.
Try the egg rolls, sounds wierd but both flavors are great and I don't even like sausage.
Fiocchi. That's all. Just get it. My boss used to bring me here and get it when I finally tried it. I was so sad I hadn't been getting it the whole time. So so so worth it. Also reheats well.
I dont like spicy. But the mussels... I had never had mussels, and I liked them so much 10/10 would get again despite the volcano eruption in my mouth.
The fetuccine chicken Alfredo.. with basil of course. Great flavor . Thechicken was kinda shredded? Which was awesome because I don't like chunks of meat in my pasta.
My mom got something with vodka sauce. I've never had bad vodka sauce , ut this was totally different and still so delicious. Her boyfriend got some wings that were super fat and smelled great he got barbecue, but we also got sweet chili sauce to try, and that was an adventure.
So now you're full, but get canoli for your happiness and take it home it travels great and you will...
