I don't typically leave reviews for restaurants because I manage one and I understand the daily struggle. I understand the difficulty with staffing and working with young kids. However there is a point where you still need to make sure you are enforcing some form of quality and standards for your crew, and I get the feeling those standards are rather loose here. This is the third time I've come through this location, (dispite the warnings from friends and family in the area), and had my order messed up. My first two times I just got the wrong order completely, However this time I had orderd 2 chicken Pub sandwiches and the Pretzel buns where quite literally so stale/hard and rock solid I could clack them together to start a fire. A little dramatic, but seriously, there was no way to bite into them. My biggest frustration is the Crewmember had to have realized this while building the sandwiches, but sent them out anyway. I couldn't even eat them. I literaly payed $15 for two unedible sandwiches. I tried to at least give them a chance and call the restaurant, but they never answer their phone. (At least from my last 3 visits.) So I just wanted to give a pice of advice since I cant seem to get my money back or my order corrected. Read moreI was just at this Wendy’s and I don’t even think they deserve one star because as soon as I walk in I’m automatically frustrated because as soon as I walk up to the counter to order the girl TELLS me “It’s not ready”, I said “I haven’t even ordered yet...?” And she replies with “okay, what do you want?” I said “um I’m not sure yet” and she waited then when I was walking up she said “now you have to wait” with the rudest tone. Then finally she took my order then got mad that I had a coupon and after ripping the coupon out of my hand she was hitting the pad of the computer so hard the whole thing was shaking. Then the people behind me wanted a burger with lettuce that didn’t originally come with lettuce and she was clearly upset about that because when I got home my whole order was wrong besides the two frostys and my Large drinks that she told me I wasn’t supposed to have with my large meals were flatter than water, but sense Dr. Peper was my only option that’s what I ended up with. I also got the guys burger with lettuce that was behind me and let me tell you, that was the smallest sliver of wilted lettuce I’ve seen in my life. HORRIBLE I ordered food on the Wendy's APP to be picked up at the Wendy's @ 9365 Hepburn St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, I ordered on my phone while at the Target store across the street, prepaid for the food. I drove over within 10 minutes, after arriving l looked at the APP, it said to tell them at the drive thru when you arrive, got in line (20 minute's later) got to the speaker told them I ordered and paid already on the app. When I got to the window I told them their process was terrible, why even order online if you have to wait forever for food you bought and paid for long before even going to the store ( I told the young man it wasn't anything personal to him ) he started getting agitated so I asked to talk to his manager, he said the other young man at window was his manager, (he wasn't) said well he's my boy?, "(( he said complaining is a good way to get your food spit on ))", slammed the window, he said I refuse to help you, I sat at the window until a manager finally did come to the window she was mildly apologetic assured me my food had not been spit on, said she made it herself, as if that made me feel better, 30 minutes to get 3 cheeseburger deluxe's.
