Well we finally got to eat at Whataburger.
For me the Whataburger double Cheeseburger was salty about a quarter of the burger as I got to the half of the burger it normalized. I guess they just over salted the patty a quarter of the way. We also ordered a number #22, biscuit, bacon, sausage and egg, it was averagely okay. We also ordered I believe they call it a Taquito roll which is actually a burrito, totally named wrong. It was surprisingly good they put a big strip of bacon in there with some tater tots and sausage. Overall the Taquito roll delicious, but the rest of the items we ordered were just on the average side. The reason why I gave them three stars because everything is over priced, the prices are ridiculous! Compared to “In-N-Out Burger” and other chains of burger places. Whataburger is like going to “Freddy’s” they are both out of touch and their prices… They’re charging you sit down quality restaurant prices while they’re serving fast food. No Bueno!
I know a lot of people like Whataburger’s it’s just an acquired taste that you grow up with. And everybody has their favorite Cheeseburger place they go to. I wish Whataburger success because nobody wants to see any business fail. God bless you...
Read moreThis has to be the worst Whatabutger I’ve ever been to. We tried it twice and both times our food took almost an hour in the drive-thru and our orders were messed up and cold both times. I contacted corporate about it and they offered me a refund but I didn’t even want to step foot I there again.
The second time they shorted me a burger, then I went inside to get the burger that was missing and they gave me the wrong thing.
None of the times we went were busy, maybe one other car in line. Absolutely horrible service. 10/10 would not go again.
EDIT: Looks like the shop has their employees posting 5 star reviews. That is literally the only way this place could score this high. When I had to go in to get my second wrong order, all of the staff was standing at the counter talking and laughing. I don’t mean behind the counter, in front of it. Some had chairs, no one was working, which was rather apparent by the quality of the food. One person in back, 7 people standing at the counter screwing off.
I could live in a cage in someone’s basement eating nothing but rats for 10 years and still wouldn’t eat the food from this establishment.
TLDR: Bad service, Wrong orders, over priced,...

Messed up our meal (missing parts of meals)…. It happens…. But this was the second time in a row.
I called the manager (Isaac), who was super helpful and apologetic. He told me they’d refund/remake the whole meal since he couldn’t give us a refund for the item over the phone… it was starting to snow, but I still had to run out and grab something else for the meal that wasn’t delivered…. So I figured that was definitely fair because of the inconvenience.
When I went to the store to have the meal remade (as Isaac had said was an option), the lady at the front made a scene when we asked them to do what Isaac had told us to do (broadcasted to the restaurant what we were trying to do). Even the lady behind us seemed to feel uneasy by it how she was acting.
Jon Jimenez was the manager on duty… He was having an hard time connecting the dots on how inconvenient ordering from Whataburger had been…. I realized pretty quickly that not much progress would be made.
In any case, I loved Whataburger in Texas…. Was a huge advocate for it coming up here… But it’s definitely not the same experience up here…....
