Denny's — Restaurant in Colton

First time at this location. I don't like going to Dennys due to so many previous services. Well this time I took a chance at this location. Our server was Emilio, absolutely above and beyond with his service. He definitely needs another look for a raise. I know that corporate never really gets to go to their locations to check on their employees. So I glad to write a review that can possibly be seen by a corprate person. He was so fast and upbeat and not once did I receive a negative feeling from him. He was very kind and patience with us.

To feature customers: We all have sat at a restaurant (with kids or no kids) and we've all have gotten a server who is absolutely annoyed just by your presence it feels like. Well the two staff members that were at this location were great. I didn't get greeted nor was I asked if everything to my liking. But Emilio came to our table more than once after our food came out. We didn't have to wait for a refill he immediately came over with refills during our stay he came over to apologize for the long wait but he was helping out an elderly person who's glucose sugar had dropped. That's an extra care and above his pay. This young man definitely needs a raise and if you try this...

This is the crappiest Denny's I've ever been to. First of all and most importantly the waitresses.. They have no professional ism or clue to treat a customer. I waited to be seated no on in line but here comes I guess a family member with 2 kids and she sat them b4 us then she sat us . So we finally got a menu and her family across from us already ordered so we finally get a menu and after.hwe family was served she still has.nor took our order. I asked the table.guu of we can move to another section, so we did and finally got our drinks and after another 15 minutes our food still has not been ordered so after 40 minutes of wasted time we left. A month later went again and got the same treatment left is standing at the to be seated for At least 10. Minutes this time I just left. And they weren't that busy. The waitresses there just stand around talking to friends and family that are eating there and if you try to get their attention they give you a dirty look and ignore you. Unbelievable I'll never ever go to this Denny's again and I've been going there for 30 years plus They need to replace management and most importantly waitresses....

Gave this location several chances, but each visit I am disappointed. This location is always crowded, that's not an issue, but the parking spaces available is terrible. For it constantly being crowded I understand the waitstaff can get busy, but they always perform the best they can. However as far as cleanliness and food quality, this location is mediocre compared to the Mt. Vernon location down the street. My water class was visibly dirty, asked to replace cup and server brought out another equally dirty cup. The silverware had left over food on it and had to be replaced. The newly remodeled floors are very dirty with hairs and food rements. This most recent visit I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken tenders. The breading was very greasy and crumbled apart and worst yet the chicken itself was dry, rubbery and difficult to chew. The pancakes my boyfriend ordered were burnt at the bottom. It took at least 30 mins to get the food so we weren't going to bother to wait for it to be corrected. This location needs help. I will continue to give Denny's my business but at...
