This Starbucks has the worst customer service by far, someone cut us off in line at the drive thru nearly hitting my car. The girl taking orders saw what happened and called her manager. Moments later 2 employees came out as to which âAJâ started talking to the woman who cut us off instead of finding out what really happened from the employee who saw the whole thing happen. My mom walked up to him and tried to explain what happened and he proceeded to immediately cut her off and told her âitâs no big dealâ. I donât know about anyone else but i think someone nearly hitting my car is a huge deal. Later we come to find out he isnât even the manager. After âAJâ said âyou know what the best part about my job is? Being able refusing serviceâ and threatened to call the police on us. Meanwhile the manager did absolutely nothing to deescalate the situation. There were so many ways to handle what happened but these employees decided to act incredibly unprofessional. AJ also started to badmouth us to other customers. Maybe Starbucks should start to hire people who know how to handle situations like this with empathy and professionalism.    Read moreI had a horrible experience at the Starbucks On interstate 10 and pepper and Colton California the CUSTOMER SERVICE was very rude starting between 8 pm and 8:30 pm I asked for a Venti caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and they had whip cream on my Frappuccino. I told him I didnât want whipped cream and the gentleman just wiped it off. you can clearly see this on the camera then I tasted the Frappuccino and it taste like water I asked them if they can redo my Frappuccino and they remade it and it taste the same. I asked for a refund and they sounded frustrated. I went to the Starbucks on ninth Street in Colton California and I met a wonderful lady named Gabriela she made my Frappuccino the way that Starbucks always makes my Frappuccino. Her customer service was superb from now on.    Read moreAnother one of my very rare 5 star reviews! My visit to this Starbucks location today was great as every employee present exceeded my expectations for my overall experience. I had intended on going through the drive through but the line was longer than I cared to wait. It was moving at a reasonable rate which was a good sign of fast service. I ended up going I side to notice that there was no line to wait in, I was greeted, my order was taken with professionally, respectfully, and patiently considering they has the long line of orders outside. I genuinely appreciated that. While waiting for my order I was able to stand and look around and notice every employee was wearing mask, working hard, working fast, and treating each other with respect.
