2 reasons we decided to visit this place...IRISH PUB...Nothing Irish about this place. When we walked in they had a dj playing ghetto music and it was way too crowded right next to the bar. This place felt more like a crappy night club, not my scene. It took literally 20mins of me standing by the bar for a bartender to finally take my order, once they started making my IRISH MULES the bottle of Jameson they used was empty she served whatever few drops were left of the whiskey to make my drink, I was instantly over the place. Oh the best part...didn't even taste like a Mule should, seems as if she used ginger ale and a drop of Jameson, there was no ginger beer no lime juice not even a garnish of mint leaves. You are better off going to a Yardhouse where the service is good and the drinks are made right. As a new person in town and passing through I found this place on Google maps I was stuck here for weekend so I thought I would check it out . I really liked the place friendly locals and the barmaid JEN was awesome , however the other barmaid ERICA has a people problem had already spent close to 60 dollars with food and beer and was looking forward to karaoke I was going to buy one of the locals a Guinness and I keep my same glass she emptied out my limes then put Guinness in my glass and when I said that's not for me she became annoyed and asked me to leave like it was my fault i was stunned by her reaction I wasn't abusive at all all I said to her it was her mistake not mine she didn't listen she said i can't give him that we could have compromised but she asked me to get out so I did no fuss won't be going back cos of her otherwise great place was really annoyed I...

Edit: changing my review. Better experience tonight 5/25-26/2024. DJ seemed fair and, although i only did a couple songs, it seemed to be rotating pretty evenly. Bartenders still amazing!

I came to this place because I was told the karaoke was amazing. I waited 2 hours before I even got to sing. After checking multiple times, there were 3 people before me, then 2 more, then 2 more. Their excuse... they were regulars. Don't get me wrong, I understand that happens, but I was the ONLY person tipping the DJ. Apparently, the regular DJ was not here. So disappointing. Hopefully, when I come back next time, there will be a different DJ. Luckily, there are more karaoke options in the area. Keep in mind I was at the bar consuming for 5 hours and did a total of 2 songs while the host DJ did 4. Just frustrating. Bartenders were incredible and the patrons were super friendly.
