McDonald's — Restaurant in Colton

First of all I just bough a happy meal from this place , and I ask specifically wish is the number tht u have of toys the girl in the front toll me we have number one and number four from those cutei cars and I say specifically I want number four is the one I need. Well since I went through the drive through I have to check if they give me my number 4 cutei cars and wen I check it wasn't the one I ask for it so I went inside and ask wht happen they were just ignore in me and ask again and finally I soe a woman I think it was the assistant manager talking to the girl who help me and I soe the toy there on the countertop and I say hey thts my toy whts going on and the assistant manager grab the toy and opened in front of me and she say is my and wht ur going to do about it and I say thts my I pay for it and I ask her why did u pay for and she just started at me and then I say stop trying to give me another toy tht I didn't ask for it ok and then she new immediately tht she was in trouble so then she say here have it is urs and then I say why u opened already and she say no keep it , I am just tired of this morons trying to still the happy meals toys and sell them in Ebay or other website for $50 or more or keeping it them for there kids ok I new it they still they toys and why they always have done this since years ago . ok , I want this to stop and I don't want to have another headache when I come and try to buy another happy meal for my baby period. Lord have mercy, wont come here for lunch again. Besides having sticky floors, messy soda fountain machine, the server was insisting I order from one of those un manned order stations. I think she was eorking 4 of these instead of working behind the counter. I didn't come inside to use a machine to place my order, but since there was no one behind the counter i had to figure the dumb thing out while the assistant help 3 other machines. The table i sat at was needing repairs now for several months, I remember seeing it some time before. Fries were cold and I probably got the tiny hard fries pieces left over, they were small pieces dry and crunchy bits. Cheese Quarter Pounder was a mess and it looked terrible. I sat and thought about retuning it for a refund the entire meal. Oh well didnt have time and needed to get back to work. This place is a mess and a joke, even after its remodeled dinning area that was done last year. Do your self a favor and eat across the street and P&G Burgers, even that would have been better than eatting at this location. McDs has really lost the touch of a good meal, and this place shows it. I should have know when they insisted on ordering from the selfserve machine, the meal looked like it was made by its self too. Sorry, but...

Horrible service. Ive been there a couple of times gone in the drive thru and they always make me wait in the front for about 20 to 30 min for my food ridicules. I was there on July 1st 2019 like always they made me wait in the front for my food, this time they didn't want to give it to me. One of the managers hispanic guy with glasses came out and I told him bro Ive been waiting for my food for about 30 minutes already can you see whats going on. He asked me what my order was I told him so he goes inside comes back out with a bag that wasn't even my order and was missing my french fries, When I go inside to let him know he gave me the wrong order he gets mad takes the wronge chicken sandwich and returns with just fries I tell him im still missing my buttermilk chicken and he started arguing to me to get out of there cause he had already gave me my order I showed him my bag told him check your cameras your wrong I haven't mooved from here an older lady next to me told him the same so he turns around looks for the chicken sandwich and finds it throws it on the counter cause he new he was wrong and didn't even apologized. This place needs a manager asap! Only giving 1 star so I can post other...
