I ordered a chicken vodka wrap and 2 slices when I went in. He put my barbecue and buffalo slices in and then rang me up. After; whilst my slices were still in the oven, he used the bathroom for what seemed like 10 minutes. When he came out he put the slices in the box and then packed my stuff up. I was in a rush so I didn’t check but when I opened the box later I was not surprised to see my slices burnt and the bottoms looking like char. The chicken vodka wrap never disappoints but if you want anything else I suggest you save your money and go across the street to Orlando’s. I spent a total of 23 dollars and the best part about the situation is he tried to ring me up twice and when I explained I had already paid before he took his lunch break in the bathroom he belligerently ridiculed me until I showed him the proof I paid on my phone. I’ve been around this place for years now and I made the mistake of buying pizza instead of just the chicken vodka wrap. Won’t be returning. By the way if you buy the buffalo chicken wrap you...
Read moreI called on Saturday to have a delivery. The person who answered said they didn’t have a meat lovers pizza. They then said you can get a plain pizza and just add the meat it would be about $4.00 more.. Then I asked if they had bottled drinks. They said yes but Only DR PEPPER. Keyword I wanted bottles(keep that in mind) I ordered 2 orders of garlic knots with an extra side of sauce, as well as tenders and fries and an eggplant roll.
The pizza was basic and cooked so the meats were dry. The garlic knots maybe the best thing about it.. (BTW the knots don’t come with any sauce they are $2.00 per tiny cup the person who takes the order NEVER mentions) the sauce has absolutely no seasoning. The chicken tenders were cooked to the point the kids wouldn’t eat them. The Dr. Pepper was in cans when I asked for bottles. They even said the only thing that had in bottles was Dr. Pepper.. so I ended up with 2 16 oz cans of Dr.Pepper vs 2 20oz bottles. The only thing that came out good was the Egg Plant roll.
I’d expect better for...
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from Gianni's in Colts Neck. I was happy to see a simple broccoli and olive order which is a safe dish for someone who does not eat dairy. I ordered "pasta e broccoli" which is described on the menu as "Sautéed broccoli with garlic & extra virgin olive oil." The dish came with cheese mixed in, and the oil appeared to be an unknown mixture of some sort of extra virgin olive oil. It may have been butter or melted cheese, but it was not plain olive oil. I do not eat cheese, I would never order anything that has cheese as an ingredient. I can not believe in the age of online ordering (where you can not ask an employee) a restaurant would not list exactly what is in their dishes. Be careful if you have food restrictions or like to know what you are ordering. My...
