Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Columbia Falls

I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a triple flamethrower with only flamethrower sauce extra sauce no lettuce and tomato as well as a four piece chicken strip basket tossed and sauce the order I received was not right they gave e me a kid's meal and a flamethrower with everything on it I drove 14 miles back to Kalispell and realized the order was not right and attempted to call three times leaving one voicemail I then had to drive back Columbia falls and speak to them in person and once speaking them in person they treated me like a criminal they tried to correct me saying that the only order they had was this and I said I was aware of that but that's not what I ordered but that was what I paid intern they would only throw a box of chicken strips on the counter and said here's your food not even replacing the whole order I will never go to the dairy Queen again or suggest anyone to go there the food wasn't even fresh once they replaced it the chicken strips were cold horrible customer service and the staff...

The staff make ordering, and eating feel very uncomfortable. They're rude from the start, went in a few days ago with my kids, and ate inside, and was treated very poorly from the start, she didn't let me finish a sentence without huffing out, "Anything Else?" Then today came through the drive thru, and pulled up to the sign, no greeting, so after a few moments, simply said "Hello?" And was greeted back with a very snotty. "I already said you could order." I said "Oh, I'm sorry. The last car didn't pull forward any. After ordering." And all she said back was "whatever, what do you want to order?" After ordering, when I got to the window and she went to give me my food.I asked is "Such and such in here?" She rolled her eyes, and asked "did you order it?" I said yes, and she goes then it's in there. And closed the window....

Ordered 2 $7 meal-deals that ended up taking 15 minutes. I opened up the wrapper to a cold burger, at that. I went to ask the cashier for a new one, and he went on to say that he would just heat it up in the microwave for me. Before I could say anything, he turned and walked away toward the kitchen. He came back no more that 10 seconds later with a semi-warm burger and i took it (with no thank you obviously) and sat down. I was not happy. Im sorry but what kind of idiot tells his customer that he is heating up their food in a damn microwave? why would you even do that in the first place? Me being the anxious introvert I am, I didn’t say anything, just left, dissatisfied. This place sucks, they’re lazy, and take the easy way out; they’re honestly quite rude & impolite. Please avoid this DQ it doesn’t bring...
