I have been trying to contact this subway for almost going on two hours to refund a sandwich that I ordered on their app that I cannot receive apparently. I was excited when I saw it says they delivered and not knowing they didn't (their app says they do and they had done so previously without doordash) so I did it again thinking "no biggy!" . I found out from another branch (kalispell subways give really good customer service) they don't deliver (which I found surprising as they had before) and after a very frustrating 2 hours of it immediately going to a full mailbox quicker and quicker each time, now I can't get ahold of them at all. I was told that the only way to refund is to contact the subway you ordered from. This really changes my perspective on how subway employees treat their customers. I work in a kitchen and I have had past employment in kitchens. I just want to refund a sandwich I cannot receive. That's a waste of money and I just wanted a refund. This isn't the first time this branch has not answered either (with a full mailbox) and I never really thought anything of it before. I let it go. The little girls were extremely rude one girl had shorts so short she looked like she was only wearing a shirt which is gross working around food, she had horrible customer service skills saying things like what do you what throwing her arms out like what. She was glaring at my whole family i caught her giving my 70 year old mother the worst look ever. They were out of all the condiments and had run and go get stuff the bread was stale, dry and flaking apart they hardly put mustard mayo and oil and vinegar which made it more dry. They gave 3 cups of sauces with 1 tiny squirt of dipping sauce for 4 roll ups kept running off as we were trying to pay. Didn't catch her name but very young brown hair and really bad attitude. Worst 70$ spent she should be fired for how she treated paying customers with manners. Will be calling the manager. Save your money on this subway go elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could. These girls need to be out of there and this place needs...
Read moreDONT WASTE YOIR TIME GO TO WHITEFISH OR KALISPELL I went in last night approximately 7pm, ordered a meatball sub. Also asked for light sauce but that’s besides the point. The girl behind the counter puts 3 meatballs on my sub and runs out, turns to her co worker and asked if the other thing of meatballs in the microwave were cooked, he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know, they proceeded to pull the meatballs out of the microwave feel the sides of the container and say that it’s fine. I said I don’t trust that please temp it or check one of the meatballs in the middle to make sure it’s heated all the way, they looked at me completely ignored me. I let it slide came home and my meatballs were half way frozen, not to mention the mountain of marinara when I asked for light sauce. It’s the cold/frozen food that gets me though and no one wanted to check and make sure it was okay to serve. And not one person washed their hands after touching the register and handling money.
