Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia Falls

Doesn't even deserve one star!! My family and I ordered Domino's tonight for dinner! We've never had major issues until tonight! We placed our order online First off, our order took over an hour to get delivered. I understand they our short staffed. I've been in the industry myself. After getting our pizza, I noticed it was wrong. I ordered hand tossed and they made thin crust. I made sure what I ordered on my receipt was correct, it was. So I called down to our local Domino's and I simply explained the situation. The employee told me he made my order himself and I was in fact in the wrong. He told me he would speak to the manager, he then came back on the line and said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and that he personally made my order and that it was correct, which it most certainly was not. I simply asked them to make it right and he would not admit that they made my pizza wrong. I understand the our restaurants and hospitality businesses have had a rough go, but I have been through it, too. I was simply asking they justify it, and they did not. I will be contacting corporate in the morning and letting them know the lack of both respect and acknowledgement of wrong doing on the Cfalls Domino's. I have always ordered from them and had the upmost respect. Never...

I went there LATE night, nothing else in the area was open. I saw one of the associates meet someone outside, touch to open the door, then come in for the shift. She changed so quickly I didn't think she even washed her hands. Then I saw her making my pizza, I was not thrilled at all. I decided not to complain cause I wasn't sure if she washed her hands fast and it was late night I didn't have many options. The gentleman (maybe manager?) was very generous when I asked for parm cheese and red pepper packets, boy he gave me enough for a whole year! The reason I am giving 5 starts even with the cleanliness concern is, I asked for a two topping pizza and they did not disappoint. There was so much toppings on it (way more than what other dominos puts when I ask for two toppings), they were generous and after a long day of adventures it was nice to have a good pizza. Dominos in Columbia Falls refused to remake a pizza or give a refund for a pizza that we ordered without any cheese, but had cheese on it when we picked it up. They offered to remake/refund, for free, over the phone, but changed their minds on their promise to remake by the time we arrived to pick it up. They claimed they called back four times. They didn't once. They said it was our fault it had cheese on it, supposedly that we ordered it wrong. We didn't. The receipt/order ticket shows no cheese on the reciept, we selected no cheese on the website. I even showed them on the website only shows two types of cheeses (no provolone) and both were taken off. He claims that New York Style has provolone, so the no cheese button doesn't do anything. I guess "If you're not completely satisfied with your Domino's experience - Our Guarantee - We'll Make It Right" wasn't true today at this location.
