I used to Love this place and the pizza but could hardly ever get through by phone. When I started hearing they had gone downhill with new owners I didn't believe it I kinda figured people just scoff at change in general. I was pleased when I reached a somewhat professional voicemail greeting as that is an improvement. I ordered a Hawaiian calzone and a medium extra mushroom pizza. The pizza took longer to deliver than estimated which is fine. But... I got a medium pizza, barely any mushroom (with a few olives). And a calzone with all kinds of toppings that was barely warm in the middle. I called the delivery guys cell and asked if someone else had a calzone and may have gotten mixed up and he immediately blamed his coworker saying she didn't know which kind I ordered so they just decided to make me a stagecoach. They did offer to go back and have a new one made but I already waited an hour so just microwaved it until the cheese was melted and ate it. Parts of the dough weren't fully cooked so a lot got tossed out. The extra mushroom pizza was definitely lacking on the extra mushrooms and we picked off the random 5 olives. I guess overall they really have gone downhill. They could have called me back to verify my order instead of just guessing it. They could do a lot differently as far as their voicemail greeting and customer service. And they could do better in the kitchen. So, 2 stars for now. We ordered pizza and calzone and got pizza and calzone = star. No food poisoning=star. I'm not going to cancel them yet but I will be picking up my order next time and praying they take some advice from past...

I got busy with kids and showed up closer to 40 minutes after placing our order and they hadn’t even started making the pizza. Then they told me they couldn’t make the pizza I’d ordered and I’d need to pick something else. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Every one was hangry by the time I got home with pizza and it was just “meh”.
Decided to give them another chance tonight. Googled them and went to website from the Google search. Menu on the website says that what I was ordering was $10.95 and came with a drink. I was ordering 2 so I expected to pay about $22 and leave a tip. They told me on ordering that my total was $29. After hanging up I called them back thinking maybe they had accidentally charged me for 3 not 2 and was told they were under new management and prices had gone up. When I picked up the food I asked about the drinks and was told it didn’t come with drinks. I said so basically not only are the prices wrong on your website, the item descriptions are wrong as well. The woman whom I assume was the owner, said I had looked at the wrong website from the previous owner and flippantly said well you can have 2 drinks if that is what you really want! So rude and snappy! As a business owner myself, I know the importance of having the correct website linked to your Google page and more importantly I know you don’t treat your customers like that. Read moreI have enjoyed stageline for years! Usually interacting with the owner when placing my orders and they have always been accurate and wonderful. Not this time. This time I called in my order and was given a pretty typical wait time of 30 minutes. This fit into my plans so, no problem. Upon arrival at about 45 minutes my food was not ready. I paid and waited, assuming it would be out soon. One of my pizzas was placed on the counter, "great, should be out soon" I thought. Another guy came in while I was waiting. He had also phoned in an order. They gave him a pizza (the same one that I was waiting for) as soon as it came out of the oven.
I waited for quite awhile longer with very little communication. All in all we waited for a full half hour past the quoted time and had to get refunded and leave. I have worked in restaurants for a decade and have never had to do this to someone. They did refund us but were rude the whole time.
Lack of communication and lack of paying attention were a big problem here.
