This has to be one of the worst KFC's in MO. They are always out of chicken breast and legs. The tenders usually have been in the bin so long they have turned into rubber. The Potatoes can be used to mortar brick and biscuits can be used as hockey pucks. The few times I have been in the store pre covid it was never clean. I can only imagine what its like now behind closed doors looking at the condition of their lot. The service is slow and lazy, ex. just the other day I was told on lunch hour, they had no chicken available for any sandwiches due to it being frozen....well do your job and cook it or at least offer a wait time. The traffic at this location speaks for it self, when every other fast food drive through in the area is full , this location is typically always empty. I have given this KFC several opportunities to redeem themselves, as they are close to work and I like KFC, but they have continued to fail.
So a year later, I give this location another shot and it appears nothing has changed. First I was told in drive through I could not change my order to all white meat once the order was placed. After some logical debate this was remedied. Second was told to pull up and wait, that wait was well over 15min. Third after being reassured order was correct, it was wrong. I ordered 8 piece family all white meat. What I got was 1 breast 2 thighs 1 leg and 4 wings plus sides....all for a over inflated price of $35, this included the ridiculous white meat up charge! Last, if you dont want to work at KFC...dont! Stop treating customers like its their fault your not happy with your job. If it wasnt for customers you would not even have a job! Some one in the KFC organization needs to step up or shut this location down. Locations like this one only make KFC look...

Wouldnt even be a big deal if it was just me but my toddler's were up vomiting their guts up and spent few hours in the ER it's hard to see them like that when it could of been prevented so i called the next morning (and I'm not one to complain) spoke with manager Rico he said if i brought the receipt in he would refund me but advised me not to come in till 1pm because he was closed due to computer issues which i did. When i arrived at 1pm the store was still closed with signs on door and drive thru citing the computer issues and they would be closed for the day . So i go back the following day Rico was not there I spoke with a different manager by the name of Jeffery who was VERY unprofessional and rude. He claimed I was lying saying the store had not been closed the day befor amd Rico had been there all day and refused to give the refund because i didn't have the chicken with me (mjnd u its been 2 days now it was in trash) and took my receipt. My next step was call 1 800 CALL KFC the lady was nice enough that i spoke with and told me someone would be in touch. Fast forward a week i haven't heard anything so i call back this lady wasnt so nice said they will call back whenever basically and they had to prove they had bad chicken and just to wait. So far everyone been very rude besides Rico and the first lady i spoke on the phone with. Read moreI do not recommend this location. The team members were rude, inattentive, and I’m pretty sure dishonest . I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a famous bowl (without gravy). We waited in the drive through a few minutes before being told to pull forward and wait for our food (as we were told our breasts were being cooked fresh). We were NOT told there would be a wait. We placed our order at 5:08. At 5:28, I went inside and asked about our order. I was told the chicken had another six minutes to cook. I went back to the car. At 5:35, there was no sign of our food. I went inside and asked how long it took to cook a chicken breast. The female team member (who had told me the breasts had another six minutes) informed me she didn’t know. Her counterpart laughed and responded “about thirty minutes.” They proceeded to ignore me until the food was finished. I left the restaurant at 5:42, 34 minutes after I had placed this “fast” food order. In addition, I had asked for no gravy on my bowl, so I was extremely disappointed to find there was indeed gravy on my bowl. This is the third time I’ve attempted to visit this location just to try the spicy chicken sandwich. The first two times I was told they were out of spicy chicken.
