This store us way way better than the one on the business loop. I say that because it's the truth. The one on bus. loop is not ran right and the staff especially the management is very rude and unprofessional. They always are leaving stuff out of your order. Meaning u already have been in line way over 20 minutes just waiting to order. Then when u do finally get to order pull up to the window thinking everything's good with the order. Only to find out when u get home u have missing items in your bag. So, then u call them to let them know this and all u get is attitude and no type of concentration of what u just went thru a few moments ago and no good solution to try to make things right with u. But hold on listen to this one, they want u to come back and sit in line again with the bag they gave u. Instead of offering to sent u free dinner passes on them because they messed up and dropped the ball. Some people live in the country, some live outside the city limits and some live 5 miles from in town. So, how dare you have the nerve to ask me to go through all that again when in fact you was just trying to feed your family and give yourself a break for once. Read morePlaced an order for pickup on the Popeyes app. Was given the wrong food. Notified an employee that the food is wrong and they told me to contact support on the app since it’s a mobile order. The mobile app utilizes an AI chat bot for support and it prevented me from receiving a refund. I presented the bot with a picture and it determined that I did not take the picture. The meta data within the photo of the food would display my location which was the parking lot of Popeyes. I contacted email support which is outsourced to zen desk which is a 3rd party contractor for Popeyes. I have not yet received a refund. I’ve already filed a credit card dispute with my card company. Went back after a doctor appointment so I could get dinner for the rest of the family. Was going to use a coupon from the app ND was told they could not customize me only getting leg ND thighs. First, the popeyes on business loop does it no problem. Second, dark meat is cheaper than white so u would think they would do it. Lastly, I asked to speak to a manager and the shift manager told me his general manager wasn't willing to do it even tho nothing on the coupon said anything about what type of chicken we can ND cannot have. So, I had to get the babysitters food there and go somewhere else for my children.
