If I could give negative stars I would. Me and my friend went to subway last night after working out. We had ordered online on the way there. Once we got there we decided to wait for our order to be done inside the store. Upon sitting down to wait the sandwich artist on the line with freelocks shouted at us that we needed to buy something or get out of the store. I replied that we had an online order and were waiting for it to be finished. He then with attitude said " if you have an order whats the name on it". My roomate then got up to show the sandwich artist out mobile order on here photo he very rudely and dramatically turned his head and refused to look at the phone. Then again with attitude and base in his voic said all he needed was a name my roommate gave him her name he then confirmed our oder. In addition to him being rude they were out of the bread for my friends order and the meat I wanted for mine. Honestly after how rude he was to us we wanted to leave but we had already paid for the food online. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude—making faces at me like I was an inconvenience and refusing to speak up clearly when I couldn’t hear him. When I politely asked him to repeat, he rolled his eyes and mumbled even more.
There was zero respect, no basic courtesy, and definitely no customer service. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any restaurant, let alone one I’ve loyally supported for years. He didn’t just lose a sale—he lost a long-time customer. I won’t be returning, and If management doesn’t care about how their staff treats people, they don’t deserve your business.

Read moreI went this subway at 9:40pm, 20 minutes before they closed. The closing associate came out and laughed in my face as he put his gloves on. He was mad that I came to give their company business I guess. He then stared at me, did not greet me in any way or ask me what sandwhich I would like. He actually never spoke a single word to me until he rang up my sandwich and said "your total is $14.11". I only got 4 words out of this associate in that total encoutner. Shame on that young man to be on the clock and not take your job seriously or treat customers with respect. It was a shame. I will never return to this Subway, or ever give them another dime.
