This place customer service and quality has dived into the dumpster! I have always ate here since I was a child and now you can never get a good pizza from this place. They have closed early multiple times when I had placed my order online. And I was told to call corporate for refunds. Tonight when I went there on 02/08/2022 was the icing on the cake though! I will not be back there again! I walked in and order two pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and sauce because they do not answer their phones anymore! So I left got some items from Kroger and when I returned I sent my brother in to get the pizza and he came out with two burnt pepperoni pizzas they looked like hot and ready pizza that had been in the heater for a long period of time! All the cheese was brown and it was gross so I took them back I’m willing to wait on them to be remade, but when I took them inside I was told I was wrong and the pizza was made like I requested. (Which was not true) they then asked me if I would like something else and I said no I want what I ordered made the right way and if that is what you call the right way then you can give me my money back. They did not try to fix the issue or remake my food which should have been their response. They refunded my money and I will never be back there if I want LC pizza I will go to Spring Hill, Lewisburg or Pulaski the Columbia store will never get...

Tonight I went in to get a pepperoni pizza, the nice young man at the court handed me a pepperoni pizza or so that's what it was marked on the box . By the time I got home after working all day and driving an hour plus to and from . I open up the box and it is a sausage pizza . 😠 I don't eat sausage pizza's so thankfully I had not put on my comfortable cloths , I turn around to get this fixed . I tell them what I had received and showed them on the box that it was marked wrong . They hand me a pepperoni so I asked if they could not give me some cheesy bread . So while this guy is telling the what I will assume is the shift lead Mguel this pizza is now getting cold . He finally comes to the counter asked me what I needed I told him what had happened and that I felt that they should fixed me up with the bread not my fought they messed up . You know for the inconvenience of having to go back . His answer was " No We Don't Do a That " will needless to say I got my money back no pizza No SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE .... I have worked in retail for over years and I have restaurant background too but this is not how things should be done. I will be talking to the store mgr granted it will not matter to her either . Read moreI am tired of placing a order so that I know my food is fresh then standing in line so long to pick it up that its cold when they hand it to me. They put ordered food on a rack rather than a warmer so while you wait and wait and wait for your turn in line your pizza is getting cold and nasty. Tonight I ordered pretzel bread with my pizza, I asked for extra salt. Instead of baking me fresh bread and putting extra salt on it the guy just poured salt into my bag. I opened the bag to see if any salt actually stuck to the bread and the bread was hours old. The piece I pulled out to show him was so hard I couldnt even break it half. I showed the manager and she did nothing. 12 employees plus a manager and the only person working was the guy at the register.
