Bojangles — Restaurant in Columbia

This location is normally a ten out of ten good food good service fast and convenient…today was different. Today i went to get my usual supremes meal and was told to go to the first window no one else was in line but me but the girl at the window proceeded to play on her phone for 5 minutes while i waited for her to take my payment. When i got my food the only satisfying part of my meal was my drink. My supremes were tiny over cooked and burnt yet somehow completely room temperature no heat or flavor at all. My fries were also cold with some in contrast to the supremes being completely undercooked. This is the single worse experience i have ever had at this location. If this was the service on an everyday basis I would recommend they shut down and allow another restaurant to make better use of the building cause this was pitiful. If I have service this bad ever again they will have lost a customer of over a decade no one was their service had no excuse to be this bad. I paid nearly 30$ for two low quality fast food meals that only left me and my girlfriend angry hungry and...

Won’t give this place my money ever again. An incident occurred where my son’s order was not right so he went back in for it to be corrected.

(Note; on two different occasions where I placed an order from the same location the same thing happened to me.)

So my son asked for his money back and it turned into a heated exchange of words which prompted the manager to call the cops. My issue was that while the manager was on the phone with the cops she stated that my son had “warrants out” which scared him, so he fled. The truth is my son does not have any warrant and never had warrants … but she used that as a scare tactic on a young black male that was afraid because cops were called and was told that he had warrants.

There is no need to go down the list of young black males who were gunned down by policemen due to mis-identifying them or not knowing who they actually were. But this manager took it upon herself to paint my son as a criminal because of his poor judgement to get irate because of terrible customer service. They won’t count another dollar from me or anyone...

I have in the past gotten really good grub from this restaurant. However, today I went through the drive-thru and ordered some chicken strips, french fries and a biscuit. The lady who took my order was pleasant, however when I went up to the pickup window the lady was quite curt. As sometimes drive through orders can get a little bit mixed up, I asked her "what is this order, I just want to make it right.". She rolled her eyes at me, said, "it's your food", and handed me my box. I asked for some honey, sauce, and ketchup. Again, she rolled her eyes and handed me an exorbitant group of packets but most of them dropped on the ground. Reason? Her nails were very long... I'm guessing two inches and pointed with "bling" (rhinestones?). Anyway, bad customer service... And the strips were the size of Vienna sausages... very disappointing. I'm sure the WHOLE interaction would be better with workers who looked professional and were friendly, and the food was proportionate. An aside... What would happen if a rhinestone was in the food? What would DHEC assign...
