Subway — Restaurant in Columbia

Waited around near the cash register for someone to come out, saw the male worker over next to the Pokémon cards in Walmart. He went in the back and grabbed a female worker. This female worker, I assume, was new and did not know how to make the item I ordered, so she asked the male worker to walk her through the process. I had asked for the meat to be heated, the male worker instructed the female worker to put the meat in a silicon container to heat up in the oven/heater for maybe 10 seconds then pulled it out to make the item I ordered. When I bit into the food it was very VERY cold, but I figured it'd be a waste of time to see if they had a microwave to nuke it to being at least halfway warm. ALSO, they upcharged the item I ordered by two and a half dollars, along with the charge to make it a combo. I confirmed on subways online order process that the item should have only been 9.99 but ended up getting charged 12.59 plus an additional 3.29 to make it a combo. This guy named Jacob was making my food I told him I wanted a salad with rotisserie chicken he starts making my bowl and started with the veggies then he asked me what meat I wanted I said rotisserie chicken he doesn't heat the meat up at all and throws it on my salad I said I wanted the meat heated and he scraps off the meat and trees it in the heater. Ik your not supposed to put unheated meat on the food unless it's cold cut because I used to work at a subway and that was a big no no. He then proceeded to put more sauce and dint even heat up my cheese after slapping it on. We went to ring up and instead of putting me down as a salad with rc he puts it as a power bowl.
