The supervisor is awful. He is so rude to the customers. He just needs to get a better attitude because it makes customers so uncomfortable. He is so inconsiderate to the needs of customers and has no experience in customer service. The bearded hick supervisor you know who you are, you need some work. I love this little gem! Nestled in a nice corner off of Lake in Pasadena, you can always find street parking, and there's even a lot behind the building.
