Firehouse Subs Usc-Columbia — Restaurant in Columbia

I love firehouse I would eat at this location maybe three times a month because I have class next door to this place but today was possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere the people working there today were younger not the usual employees I order from, anyhow the person taking my order did not listen to a word I said, I ordered a turkey sub with lettuce and onion he asked if I was dining in I said yes then he asked if I wanted to donate money I said no, I get my sub it was wrapped for to go, it had tomatoes and cheese, which I didn't ask for, so I go to the counter to return my sub because I didn't have time for a new one and I find out that the kid on the register charged me for donations which I clearly said no to its like he completely disregarded everything I said. management needs to fix this problem I will not be returning to...

Garbage service. I placed a 176$ order online to be delivered by Bite Squad at 12pm, Firehouse didn't bother to even start on it until 1:30pm!!! Their excuse was in came in the middle of their lunch rush. We ordered meatball subs and roast beef, it's not like it was rocket science people. I called the manager, Lolita, who told me our order came in the middle of their lunch rush, so they couldn't service it. I called BS on that, since 3 seperate employees went up there on their own, got their food and left at 1pm and ate it at the office, before our food ever even got started. It shouldn't take an hour to start on what was most likely your biggest order of the afternoon. Unacceptable dismissal from the manager and trash service all around. I used to work at firehouse (not this one specifically) and am well versed I many of their subs and the secret combos there are. I haven't been since I quit but, I happened to be visiting the hotel literally right next door and thought to stop by, I got a turkey bacon ranch (sub the turkey for chicken for a better sandwich) and genuinely enjoy it. I then ended up going out later that night and got lost on my way back to my hotel. Conveniently enough the firehouse was right there, so it even helped me find my hotel.
