I use to work for passions and it used to be a wonderful place to go to I have spent a lot of money there over the years including $166.22 today, when I walked in today I was treated very poorly a little red head girl with a little red flannel shirt on was rude to me from the minute I walked in. I stood at the counter while she handled a personal call and after she very rudely acknowledged my presence I asked where I could find two specific items written on a piece of paper she snatched the paper from my hand and told me to follow her she escorted me to two different sections I found my specific items and laid them on the counter I have a pulled muscle in my foot and was still wanting to look around so I placed them on the counter out of the way of the register so that I could keep looking and not drop and break them. she asked if I was ready I told her no but can I leave these up here I am afraid im going to drop them she rolled her eyes at me and responded with I guess. I spent maybe 15 minutes looking at other things that was not specified just something I was looking for on my own and she very rudely asked if we were finding what we needed my sister who was with me said no were just looking thanks again we got an eyeroll and an ok we walked around about another 15 minutes meanwhile she is checking the phone huffing and puffing like she is waiting for us to leave. another man walked in and she threw the phone on the counter and responded with can I help you as soon as he walked in. after he left about 5 minutes later she began to watch me and my sister huffing and puffing again. after we had made a decision we went up to the counter were it was more huffing and puffing throwing our items around while she put batteries and what not asking us questions about the batteries and things like that in a very rude way her attitude made it seem like she did not want to be there. Then another woman who I am guessing works there as well came in and she was also rude to her shaking her head at her giving her attitude everytime she asked a question. when we left there was no thank you have a nice day come back and see us she just tossed our bag at us and turned around to grab the phone. Is this really what this company has come to since I worked there does she think because shes young and I guess what some would find attractive she can just treat people anyway. do not get me wrong I am not rich by no means but when I go shopping for anything much less in a store like this it is because I have the money to do so I wouldn't window shop in a company like this. I will no longer be going to passions as long as this girl works there and I will be letting my friends and family know that they shouldn't either, my experience was just ridiculous and no one should have to experience that. The worst part is that I was not even in there for me but for my mother who had sent me and my sister in there to buy gag gifts for a friends wedding and gave us her card the cashier saw that her card did not match our name talked to my mom on the phone got verification of the card rolled her eyes at us again and told us "the next time your mom wants sex toys she needs to come buy them herself" sickens me that not only me but others have to experience things like this. btw there is no way to get a hold of a manager so this is the best I got. My mother has been calling the store for over an hour and is not getting through so apparently that personal call is more important...

I really like how spacious the store is, you’re able to shop without everyone being on top of each other. There is also a pretty large selection, which is difficult to find in this area.

Unfortunately, there was a man there that kept following my girlfriend around. We didn’t notice it at first, and I didn’t want to assume anything, but wherever we went, he went. It was making her and I really uncomfortable. When we went to the register, we asked if he was an employee. He was not. So my girlfriend told them what was happening, and the staff immediately took action. I guess the cashier already knew something was up because she had called someone else to come escort him out long before we told them. The person who escorted him out was amazing, no hesitation, immediately got him out of there. She also gave us a 10% discount. It was just really nice and made us feel safe.

It’s sad when stuff like this happens, but Im very grateful that we had such a supportive staff to support us. It’s important to have that kind of environment in these...

I came in Saturday the 27th with a bachelorette party and I am from boone county so I know the rules of the county Ordinance but everyone else in the group are not from here and made some comments about having to wear the mask and the female employee came up to us fast and yelled at us then the male employee also rudely talked to my friends. Not everyone is familiar with the rules and instead of yelling and being rude how about education them like I did instead of becoming completely rude and disrespectful to them and the bride on her special day.....plus side the store was nice with wide selection But with much needed customers...
