Wockenfuss Candies #20 — Restaurant in Columbia

Got Candy for a gift , they to me are a bad batch , called the corporate to disclose, my options were to tell the person who gave it to me , to take them back , or I could simply microwave the carmellows to soften the caramel, proceeded to tell me caramel sometimes is finicky, have the receipt, the cracked up caramel ( picture ) could send them for proof , simply got the options i explained above are your options , TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS , especially as EXPENSIVE as the Camallows are , WOW WOCKENFUSS , Do better , NO longer my favorite candy store ..., Your response isn't good enough , ive worked at a Grocery store for 33 years , never have they responded like that , I shouldnt have to take a product back that was a gift , nor should that person that gave it , should have to return it , you simply could replace it , I WILL MAKE SURE I NEVER SHOP WOKENFUSS AGAIN , and will gladly tell ANYONE I COME in contact with to shop with you Dollies is just as comparable...DO...

I love the chocolate❤️ at Wockenfuss but they need to get better people to do the customer service🙁 Same unpleasant experience every time I go😩, the two older ladies have a nasty attitude towards women, literally watched them while in line on Valentine’s Day smile and greet the male customers and just stare and yell towards the women customers. When I am home I make my way to Wockenfuss because there is no better candy experience out here. This is a family owned business and the chocolate is so decadent. They even make sugar free chocolates that taste delicious. I bought Easter bunny chocolates for my nephews and bunnies and a lamb stuffed toy to give as presents.
