Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

Tried dominos after two years hoping it would have changed, was surprised when they did pick up the phone. Guy is really nice and worked with him in the past, but order was two hours later. Tried to call back 5 times to cancel, we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after an hour and a half knowing food would be cold from dominos. No one ever picked up. Which is how is usually is. Delivery driver was a very nice guy. Food wasn’t totally cold but was old. It was almost a 40 dollar order with a five dollar tip. We just wanted to cancel, but couldn’t. Last time ordering with the Columbia store. Before this, either no one would ever answer the phone, or they’d say they could deliver and take your order and the food simply never came, or they said they couldn’t deliver so you had to pick up- no problem, but when you came to pick it up, no one would come to the drive through window. So multiple people had to back up behind each other, park, and everyone go inside, and then wait an additional half hour.

I understand stores get busy, it’s no problem at all. But it isn’t that the dominos is always slammed. Just seems like no one looks after this store what so ever. Enough for me to finally say something, because it’s wild you can’t get someone to answer the phone to cancel the...

Terrible customer service from a bunch of kids running a store. Placed my order in the app, arrived at the store and checked in for curbside. 3 vehicles came up after us in the drive through and were served while we just sat there. I tried calling the store twice and nobody would answer. I went to the door and it was locked even though the automated phone message says the lobby is open for carry out. I knocked on the door and every single person working in the store saw me standing at the door and just looked at me then went on doing something else. Finally had to get back in the vehicle and go to the drive through window where the guy proceeded to argue with me that I had not even checked in and then he told me that they don’t even know the procedure for what to do when someone checks in. I went and got a pizza in Columbia earlier today. This has been the dryest/ skipped over toppings pizza, I've ever got. Well usually I eat off my friends pizza that has been delivered. This is the 1st time ever I went with som6,whom purc6the pizza for me. So disappointed I was, cause usually zi haven't ate piece of a pizza that weren't a good taste and more toppings.
